Ordered take out from here and specifically asked for siracha and she said it came with it already, but then it only came with hoissen sauce:( It's a cute little, cozy shop. Overall, good but lacked some flavor. (Maybe because the siracha was missing).

Not exactly the same as it used to be with the original owners, but still tasty pho and more.

My daughter wanted Pho for dinner so we decided to try out Pho Viet. The Pho I had was extremely flavorful and plentiful! The fried rice was fluffy and and delicious. It was so nice that the owner/chef came out to check on us. We will definitely be back.

After reviewing several pho restaurants from yelp, we decided to go to this one cause of the great reviews. So glad we went and actually love this place. We ordered pho noodles (taste authentic), beef fried rice (so-so, a little sweet to me), fried tofu spring rolls (was alright), and fried wonton (taste great). I gave 4-star cause our intention is to order the noodles and they are delicious!!! I look forward to try more items on the menu next time I go back. Server was great, super nice, fast, and handled the entire restaurant by himself in the front. Kudos to this guy. Chef was amazing too, every so often brings food out and talk to customers. Great customer service!!

Crispy dumplings...this is to go so they aren't as crispy by the time they got home so recommend to eat these at the restaurant

Vietnamese food is my comfort food. There are a few Viet Restaurants around town and I prefer certain dishes at each place. Pho Viet is my go to for BÚN CHẢ GIÒ THỊT NƯỚNG (vermicelli with fried egg roll and grilled pork). This is salad-esque with noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled daikon, cucumbers served cold while the grilled pork and egg roll is hot. Pour the fish sauce (and some chili paste) on top like a dressing and mix it all up for a fresh Vietnamese salad of sorts. The Pho here is better than some other local places but it's not my go to here. Small restaurant with not too many tables but i've never had to wait long to get one. Service is good. They now serve a variety of Asian beers and wine by the glass and bottle.

I stopped here around 2 PM and there was no one inside. Obviously on Saturday around this time most people are at brunch, so I took great advantage of the fact that I would be able to have the restaurant to myself. The service was very friendly and nice. I ordered the Pho Bo with cooked beef. It came out less than 10 minutes later. This literally hit the spot for my full day of hanging out at the museum earlier and shopping ahead. The pho was very flavorful and they give you a hearty portion - definitely enough for leftovers. Even though it was so hot that I burnt my tongue, I could not stop slurping the delicious broth. The only thing I did not like about this dish was the fact that there was not enough meat. I do see that on the menu. There's a surcharge for extra meat in the soup, but I do feel like they were a little stingy on the tasty beef in my dish. The sprouts, basil, and jalapeños were fresh and they gave a good portion to add in. Overall, based on the delicious pho and great price I will be back for another visit.

We ordered a couple of appetizers to start. I had the Satay and she had the steamed Gyoza. My Satay was very good and I liked that there were big pieces of peanut in the dipping sauce. She liked her Gyoza a lot and really liked that it wasn't slippery like it can be when it's steamed. I had Beef Pad Thai for my entree and I went with spice level 1. I liked that their version isn't overly sweet like it can be elsewhere. I don't really mind when it's sweet but I also like knowing that there's somewhere I can go when I don't want that. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that spice level 1 was very easy for me to get through. My wife ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. 90% of why she ordered it was because it's served in a pineapple! She went with spice level 1 as well and said she could easily go to 2 or maybe even 3 in the future. The rice itself was good and she loved the chunks of pineapple all through it. We both had plenty to take with us which will make for a great lunch tomorrow. I'm glad we finally tried this place we've heard so many good things about. We will be back! However this visit was very different! I got the A13 pan fried rice cake which was SO GOOD! It's a turnip cake (usually get this at dim sum places) turned into egg omelette. Very unique dish that you don't usually find at Pho restaurants. I also got the Pho with tendon and fatty brisket. The tendon was chewy/rubbery/inedible, so definitely won't get that again. But the brisket was tender (not very fatty at all). The accoutrements were fresh and plentiful. I had a really sweet and fast server. The decor inside is pretty worn out (alot of booths had holes in the seats, the fish tank was empty, etc), but I would return for the A13 and pho!

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix.
