I really love the fact that the wait staff genuinely listen and engage the diners as if we are family. The longevity of the staff is a testament to the management of the facility too. They must listen to the suggestions of the wait staff regarding the nitty-gritty operation of the restaurant. Their front-line observations are critical to the brand loyalty. Think about it: in a world of competition and high prices, Quality of food AND Service are at least equally important (perhaps more important). TIP: engage the wait staff with a smile and ask their advice on popular & tasty options. You might just become a regular too!
