Unfortunately, there were two issues that really impacted my experience. First, I had an uncomfortable incident in the restroom. I admit I forgot to lock the stall door, but I was the only person in the restroom, and an employee opened the stall door without knocking or announcing themselves. They stood there for a few seconds before closing the door and leaving. It was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. We did speak to the manager afterward, and she was very kind and handled the conversation professionally, which I appreciated. The second issue was more concerning. After our meal, both my friend and I became sick. She had the penne pasta, and I had the chicken tenders. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, the timing was concerning enough that I felt it was important to mention. Overall, Mandy's service and the manager's kindness were excellent, but the restroom incident and becoming ill afterward unfortunately affected what otherwise could have been a great experience.
