This used to be our go to place for a few years. We had not been here since Covid. It was good before but our experience today was even better than it used to be. They have salads, paninos, and pizza. You order at the counter, take a number and they bring you your food. We had the Ranch Bacon and Chicken Caesar Panini's. Very flavorful and fixed just right. They have two sides to seating area, one is for ordering food and the other side you can sit at counter and order beer on tap or wines. The food was really good. Service was a little weird because the lady didn't come to our table to take our order and instead chose to do it from the computer. I requested no onions and my meal had to be remade. When it came out, it didn't look as nice as the first sandwich, but the flavors were still there. read more

Trasca & Co Eatery is such a great spot for many reasons. You can meet up with friends for happy hour or in my case work and eat. The food is really delicious. I got out of my comfort zone and tried the original spaghetti pie paninos. I'm not much of a pasta person, but I actually enjoyed the panino stuffed with meatballs, mozzarella, spaghetti topped with marinara. I also got the tarragon chicken which I shared with my mom. It was a great with the basil vinaigrette which was the star of that salad. I came in at about 4:30 which was perfect because it was happy hours. They have a special on house wine, and I believe a discount on appetizers. I can say I left very full and satisfied. I even took a few slices of pizza home for later. read more

I really love this lunch spot in Ponte Vedra! It is conveniently located in the Sawgrass plaza in Ponte Vedra with plenty of parking. Trasca specializes in paninos, and that is what we've ordered both times we visited. It is essentially pizza dough with all the fillings rolled up like a wrap. It is really really good and satisfying! I love that they also carry Gusti rose wine! They have a little taproom in the back that was BUMPING last time we visited on a Sunday. I always order the veggie lovers panino (Fresh broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, mozzarella, housemade basil vinaigrette) and my boyfriend loves the chicken caesar one. This time I got a side salad, but the homemade ranch potato salad is to die for. Even the curly fries it comes with are great. One recommendation would be to have another vegetarian option or seafood option like tuna or salmon. The only pescatarian options are the guac or the veggie lovers. Even the shrimp one has sausage in it. Service is good, ambiance is comfortable, and prices are a little high but it is a large portion and good quality! We want to try their pizza next time. I had heard good things about this restaurant and passed by it before in the Sawgrass Village shopping center, but I had never tried it. Then I learned that one of my fellow pickleball players was working there, so I figured I would finally try it. I am so glad I did. They are on a corner location, so they have plenty of outdoor seating, as well as plenty of indoor seating. The left side of the business is where you order food, and the right side has a bar for alcoholic drinks. Ordering was extremely easy with Kennedy. She explained they had a big book with pictures and explanations of every item on the menu. That made it extremely helpful. They offer appetizers, salads, wings, pizza, and paninos, which is their specialty. There are about ten different types of paninos. I opted for the chicken caprese. It had roasted chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It came out nice and hot and cheesy. I chose the curly fries for my side, and they were also good. (From November 2021) After our stroll near the beach, YELP led us here for some lunch. Located near the Sawgrass area and golf course, it's a local favorite with an Italian mom/pop coziness to it. Salads, paninos, pizza, and pasta is the course here. Due to my attempt at avoiding heavier foods, I went with the tarragon chicken salad. Might've been one of the better salads I've had with the freshness of the spinach leaves, apples, cranberries, pine nuts and that generous scoop of chicken salad right in the middle. Paired with an avocado dressing made this salad a definite joy to eat. Dad ordered the bbq pork panino which had a unique flavor from the sauce he enjoyed. A nice satisfying lunch on a sunny day in Ponte Vedra Beach. They also serve wine/beer with a happy hour here. And their desserts looked tasty too. This place is kind of tucked away at the back of the shopping center so it can be difficult to find. You order at the counter, get your number, take a seat and wait for them to bring your food out. The dinning room is on the smaller side. I got there around 1130 so I beat the lunch rush. The place filled up pretty quickly after 1215. There is additional seating at the connected taproom. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be for taproom guests only. I had the spaghetti panino. I wasn't sure was to expect but I don't know why. It was exactly what the menu said, spaghetti and meatballs wrapped what seemed like a thin tortilla. There was a lot of mozzarella cheese so that was good too. Long story short it's a spaghetti and meatball burrito. I'm not sure if the other paninos are meant to be finger food but this one was topped with marinara so I knife and forked it. The portion size is huge. If I wasn't going back to the office after lunch I could have easily taken half home and had it for dinner. Instead, I ate the whole thing. I was so full I went to bed without dinner. I'm sure I'll come back again. Next time I'll probably opt for a non-carb loading panino read more

Attached is a tap room with multiple local and national beers. Trasca itself has a nice selection of handmade pizzas and "paninos" which is their custom sandwich, a blend of a panini and pizza. We both had a chicken bacon ranch panino with seasoned curly fries. Trasca also served Stubburn brand small batch sodas. Great flavors! The sandwiches were hot, huge, and very filling. Tasty too! "Mine was really good!" - our 8 year old son To be fair - so was mine! We have been to Trasca a bunch of times. We went again tonight, and as usual, got the spaghetti pie panino. It's the whole family's go to! The other paninos on the menu are really good too, we have had the chicken bacon ranch and the Cuban. We just love the spaghetti pie the most. It's delicious - melty pizza cheese, meatballs, noodles and sauce all baked up in a crispy shell. For those who haven't been, a panino is like a pizza's rolled up cousin. All of them but the spaghetti ones are utensil free but the spaghetti one is covered in sauce. They recently did a remodel and converted a part of it to a beer and wine tap room, and it's looking great! We didn't get any beer tonight but they have a nice selection. The service is always great. One night one of the staff noticed my sons shark tooth necklace and she spent a good 5-10 minutes talking about sharks with him, and then went and googled an answer to a question he asked! A local GEM! If you haven't been out to Trasca's yet, you definitely need to add it to your bucket list! It's a local favorite of mine and it's great for any occasion! I love the Chicken Bacon Panino, I get mine with out ranch. It's absolutely delicious- chicken, bacon, cheese, all melts in your mouth! The portions are large -a great value. I usually save 1/2 mine for lunch the next day! Another favorite of mine is the Ribeye Steak Panino - amazing ribeye, sliced thinly with caramelized onion and mozzarella. It's so tasty-the flavor is excellent! I also love the panino sticks! Super yummy, like little mini bread sticks. They're buttery garlic coating makes them savory, and they're not a heavy bread so it won't make you feel lazy and sleepy after having them haha (am I the only one this happens to with heavy bread) The interior is both upscale and casual which makes it great for everyone. Decided after a day at the beach to order Trasca & Co. Eatery. We were somewhat in the area and decided to utilize their mobile app to order. We waited until we arrived at the location and placed our order in the parking lot. After looking at the menu, I opted to order their Chicken Bacon Ranch Panino with a side of fries. My mom opted to order their Philly panino with a side of potato salad. Truth be told I was hoping for their quinoa sweet potato salad, but it wasn't an option. We ordered and were given a 15 minute wait, which wasn't a big deal. Checked the app and in about 15 minutes our order was ready to go. I didn't seem to notice curbside pickup/contactless pickup available, so I put on my mask and went in to grab our order. I waited a few minutes, until someone from the back came out and let them know I was here for my to-go order. The woman handed me my order and we were on our way. Once we got home I was ready to dig into my meal. So the good news my panino was delicious. The panino bread was soft and doughy. The chicken was tender, the bacon was crisp and the ranch was creamy. The fries on the other hand were soggy. It was probably due to driving 15 minutes to get home.
