Let me start by saying that if you are a big portions person, you might want to skip this place. Its more on the healthier side and tailored to folks watching their intake. The smoothies are awesome. Ive had several now and the Bahama mama is my favorite. The mango and the sunrise are good too. For dinner we had the chicken pesto and I had the club sandwich. The meal comes with a side and I got the kale coleslaw. Your options are baked chips, apple kale coleslaw or a piece of fruit. Overall the food was just ok for me. This location is slow and rude. Like they're mad they have to do their job. You never get your order in a reasonable amount of time and you'll be greeted by an employee that shouldn't be working customer service. Drive down the road to the next one. Let this location go out of business. The guy next to me ordered online and the employees knew nothing about his order because they didn't look. He had to wait 20 minutes to get a smoothie. I DoorDash this location frequently and they try to send you out the door without a complete order, after 20 minutes of standing there with employees avoiding you or giving poor excuses as to why they're not competent in their job. You're making smoothies, not repairing an aircraft. Just make sure you check the whole order completely before leaving because chances are, it's not correct. There's another location just down the road. Let this business drown, or at the very minimum, fire the employees that don't want to work. read more

I have stopped by here for smoothies twice this week. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset both times with slight modifications each time. They were both great. The staff is friendly and professional. This should be minus a star. Spent $80 on mostly lettuce and screwed up orders. We go at lunch and they had no flat bread, and no wraps. My sandwich tastes like they realized they were making the wrong thing in the middle of it and then added the other ingredients - for the record teriyaki and caprese tastes horrible mixed. And the people working there just don't care and don't try to make it right. Then they are rude to me because THEY are out of everything except old lettuce. This location has extremely slow customer service. For the past 2 months I have stayed in line for upwards of 30 min. I don't think management knows how to use time management to have their short staff move more effectively. Today all I asked for is a smoothie and was in line for 25 min. Found glass in my smoothie! I love tropical smoothie but this new location isn't doing so well in my opinion. On my way to work January 24th I got a smoothie. Drink about 5 sips into my smoothie and pulled out tiny pieces of glass that crunched in between my teeth! My tip of my tongue bled a tiny bit. I immediately called them. They said they don't know where it came from and if I just wanted another smoothie like it was no big deal. I got home and poured the smoothie in a pan and found over 50 pieces of little glass !! WTH. I pressed further with this and did a complaint with cooperate. A store owner of this location contacted me. Told me there is no glass in their establishment and asked me "what i wanted from this"... how about for you to CARE? he went on stating that he would contact me within the week to give me a $20 gift card and also meet to see the glass. he never got in touch. I contacted him again. Told me he didn't have time/ wasn't in area.. this went on this this week (February 12)... really lack of effort and never ever met me to observe the pieces of glass i pulled out of a smoothie! I tried 5 times to try to meet. So now I hope people are cautious of this location and it's now time for legal action! SMH. Great place to eat if you want healthy food but they seem to always mess up the order if you go through the drive through. I ordered 3 meals today and was charged for all of them but only received 2. For the past few orders, I've had issues with the restaurant. I like to customize my food, just as much as the next guy, and for some reason staff can't get that right. I customize my order because I'm allergic to certain items, yet I continue to have it on my food. I've emailed them to complain before and they offer me to call in & order free food, but that's not fixing it. They don't pay attention to the customization sticker and get the food wrong. The store was barely even busy, i.e. barely any people in the restaurant and a couple of cars in the drive thru, so I'm not understanding how the order isn't being made right. At that point, the individual making food should not work there seeing as it's been a problem more than once. By far, worst Tropical Smoothie location I've been to. It sucks because they're the closest to my house and I have to waste my time and gas to come get the correct items made when they should've just been made right the first time around. read more

i've been eating at a tropical smoothie consistently for about 2 years now. i love tropical smoothie! but for some reason this location never meets up to any well standard. i always have something wrong with my order every time i come, i sometimes don't get my order until 30 minutes later! making me late to work when it's supposed to be for 1 smoothie... and that's just one example. it's a poor performance environment with lazy individuals. none of them seem to know what they're doing and the managers don't seem to care much at all either... i order a chicken parma flatbread my last visit and they forgot the CHICKEN!! not only that, the sauce and the way they wrapped it was sooooo messy for absolutely no reason at all. at this point i seriously don't mind driving an extra 20 minutes to eat at another location because this location is absolutely garbage.... read more
