Pretzel tasted fine but they gave me my 2 dollars and 98 cents in straight coins ,and it took like 15 minutes for the pretzels to come out when there were only 2 other parties in there. Manager was nice about, though. read more

El Paso has finally done something right!!! They got JAMBA Juice! I hope they start building more locations because we need more of them here. I found out about this location thru a coworker. The drive is worth it if you're a JAMBA fan!! Boy, it was nice to have the acai bowl and waffle again. It's been a very long time!! My two fav things from there. They are open for drive-thru and dine-in. Be careful when you go through the drive-thru because there's a burrito place next door, and they have a line there too. Go around that line, and you'll find the line for Jamba. I'm going to keep going back until I get tired of it!! read more

Pretty good! I remember trying them when I was out of town in Phoenix and Vegas some years back. We go to Tropical Smoothie sometimes but I wanted to try Jamba again. It was a nice treat on a hot morning. I'm a sucker for strawberries so I got the Strawberry Surf Rider. Besides strawberries, it includes lemonade, sherbet and peach. It was good and refreshing. It was a little bit too sweet for me but it was manageable. I also got a sweet waffle. It was pretty good too, even without adding syrup, butter or fruit to it. The customer service here is excellent. The young man who was helping me out was patient while I looked at the menu. I had a couple of questions and he was willing to answer them without hesitation. He was excited to be working. You can usually tell if someone likes or hates their job by their body language and how they treat customers. I would come back based on the service I received. Next time I'd like to try a different smoothie, maybe the Strawberries Wild, which includes apple mixed with pear juice, fat free vanilla frozen yogurt and bananas/strawberries. There are all kinds of smoothies here, something for everyone's tastes and likes. I'll also add photos the next time I stop by. I used the drive-thru and will probably do that again. Ah, the convenience of it on a hot day! Jamba is located where there was once a pizza joint. Don't worry, you aren't missing much from that former pizza joint not being in town anymore. FINALLY, A JAMBA JUICE has made it to EL PASO!! So thankful! As a California native, Jamba Juice is the stable smoothie spot! I tried to give tropical cafe and smoothie king a try but it truly does not compete with Jamba Juice! The variety of refreshing but fulfilling smoothie flavors, the breakfast options, the juices, shots, and boosters are more well rounded. The customer service is definitely key and has always been consistent! Then to top it off you have a drive thru!! BIG WIN! Especially as someone who is vegan and does not drink coffee this is definitely a great addition to my neck of the woods of options! They specify their plant-based options on their menu but can also substitute items or eliminate ingredients to accommodate as well if you kindly ask. I have been here a couple times now enjoying the drive thru option for all. It's been so refreshing to have my favorite smoothies to choose from again and reactivate the Jamba Juice app for my rewards. Favorites of our family: Greens & Ginger - You either love kale and ginger or you don't. If you do and you enjoy a healthy refreshing kick of ginger to boost you thru the day, this is definitely my go to smoothie! Smooth talkn' mango - if you love mango like us being we are islanders and naturally love tropical fruit this is a delicious sweet fulfilling treat! It is made with mangoes, pineapple, oatmilk, and agave which makes it not only creamy but just the right amount of sweetness! Peach perfection - another favorite for our kids especially for the hot days! A blend of peach, mangoes, and strawberries! Pomegranate Paradise - This is a blend of a pomegranate juice with peaches, mangoes, and strawberries. Our children love this option too as they love pomegranates so the addition of the juice is a delightful blend for their quench! Purely orange juice - my go to fresh juice! They freshly squeeze the juice and orange juice is my favorite fresh juice to enjoy on the go for waking me up! Shots: Love getting the ginger lemon cayenne or the ginger orange cayenne shot! So refreshing and the kick wakes you up for sure! Sinuses and all! Bowls: I recommend açaí if you are adapted to açaí. It is a love it or hate it for some folks so if you love a good açaí bowl definitely recommend the one from here with all the fixing it's sure to please and satisfy! The other one would be the island pataya! The tropical fruit toppings with granola and the smoothie blend of tropical fruit is fulfilling and appetizing! I've been to this spot a few times now, and every time they have made a great impression. The smoothies are SO good. I've had almost every flavor they've got and take them with a booster shot of energy. The facility is clean, the employees are polite, patient, and helpful with recommendations. Today I had the waffle and OMG. OMG. It is by far the best waffle I have ever had. Perfect side piece to your smoothie when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. Let's start by saying that I am a truly Jamba juice fan. For the most part all the locations I have visited are fast. Unfortunately this is the third time I order through the drive-thru and I have waited at least 10 mins (no kidding) This last time a car was in front of me and I though that finally this time it was going to take less time. Unfortunately I was wrong. I waited 15 mins ...15 MINUTES! 4 customers left without their orders and I finally got out the line and went inside to see if my order was ready. Sadly it was just sitting in the counter and not q single customer waiting inside. My daughter got to school late and I'm not sure if I will order from this place gain My two stars are unfortunately for the LONG wait while the employees could just be honest in letting us know how long the wait was going to be or find another system to fastened the orders. Oh my gosh delicious doesn't come close to describing what they do here!! It is normal EL Paso hot today and I needed some relief. I stopped in to order a beverage (strawberries wild!!!) and this completely made my day! I even got to meet the manager Maggie who was amazingly helpful throughout. Been to this location twice so far and both times staff has refused to meet simple requests. 1st time more ice was requested and for the smoothies be placed in a larger cup. No extra ice and drinks were placed in regular sized cups. Next visit, again asked for extra ice and drinks placed in a larger cup. Extra ice was added but drinks still placed in regular sized cups even after the cashier told the smoothie maker to pour the drinks in the larger cup. Was about to tip them till I saw the drinks being poured in the regular sized cups. Not sure why they refuse to fill the order as requested. Jamba may be new to ep but definitely not new to me. Been to many other jamba's in other cities and states and there is no problem for them to fill the order as requested (with extra ice and poured into a larger cup). read more
