We have had difficulties on the past investing in our homes with contractors of all types. In a market place of hyper inflation, over marketing without follow through, and disappointment of contractor accountability, my family can endorse fully Triston as a true leader of integrity overseeing a company that sticks to their word at Triton. Nothing ever goes as planned in construction projects but the issues come up and many hide or try to hit you with change orders. I recommend Triton for any project in their scope as they never left us, even communicating weekends when new project issues or learning how to use the products you purchase arise. You get treated like you would want to treat your own family by Tristan and Triton offering integrity and follow through which is unfortunately lacking in most industries these days, especially construction projects. Although the equipment initially appeared to work, a licensed electrician later found serious code and safety violations in the pool subpanel, including improper grounding/neutral, disconnected GFCI protection, circuits tied together against code, and insufficient voltage reaching the equipment. The electrician stated the system should not have been energized in this condition. They sent out a tech named Travis, who opened the subpanel and said, "We only touched these two wires." Following this appointment with Travis, the owner Triston called and stated they did not even open the subpanel during installation. I told him that's strange because Travis was just here yesterday telling me what two wires you touched! If they didn't open the subpanel that means new equipment was connected and powered without verifying the electrical source was safe or code-compliant, and no warning was provided. The owner, Triston, refused to accept responsibility or cover the cost of proper repairs, and their explanations changed multiple times. If they did open the subpanel, there were all sorts of issues that were not disclosed to us prior to energizing the pump and filter. Either option is not professional. Triton's Google reviews also appear far more positive than reviews on other platforms, where customer experiences more closely matched ours. I recommend reading reviews across platforms before deciding. As a result, I am now forced to pursue resolution through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors ROC to get this fixed properly. read more

I honestly cannot understand how people could give them a 5 star review on Google. I needed a one time pool service with the specific request to clean my spa because our robot cannot clean the bottom of it effectively. They came out and gave us a quote. We scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday. The technician arrived 15 minutes early and stayed a total of no more than 30 minutes (I ran into the tech packing up as I got home from work at around 12:10 and he rung our doorbell at 11:46 and work was marked complete on their portal at 12:16). I could not tell what work was performed in our pool and spa. The bottom of the spa is still dirty and not vacuumed. I will be taking the water for testing tomorrow to see if they even balanced the chemicals for us. Overall, this looks like a scam to us. Stay away from this company. read more

I've used them in the past. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Needed a pool filter servicing. Made an appointment and it was confirmed by text and email. Was given a 4 hour window when tech would arrive. Time frame came and went. Called the office and they verified the tech was running late and I was next to be serviced. Asked why wasn't I notified of this. Still couldn't tell me when tech would show up. Cancelled service and won't use them again. Be wary of poor customer service. read more

Pool is now draining 35k gal for the second time in one month span, because Triton pool service doesn't know "service" pools. Do I take a second chance at having to refill 35k gal next month?! If they screw it up again!? Reading from the Triton "tech", prior to draining ANOTHER 35,000 gallons of water. To correct their "mistake". That's a really expensive, rather unfortunate mistake. It's a shame they must have sent their newest "tech" to poison 35,000 gallons of water! Gallons of water now being dumped into the Phoenix City Water Sewage. :( Maybe their owner, Triston, will take better care of sending out their newbies. Worst service EVER! read more

Whatever you do don't do business with this company. They had a pest control business as well. I've had to call them 3 different times to come out and treat termites after them watered down the solution. Termites never went away. Just call for them to treat again and found out the owner sold the pest control part of the business. So my contract with them is null and void. Now they're in the pool business. Don't trust them!! This company is a complete joke. They provided horrible quality work and took complete advantage of me. The owner of the company reached out to me and acknowledged the technician who served my pool was let go for those reasons. However this was not rectified. I was offered little to compensation for my services. I paid 2550 for Pool Pump/Plumbing, which included new plumbing from the ground up, all the way up to the filter for proper suction and flow in OCTOBER 2023. by December 2023 my pool was drained ($650)and had to be refilled because the pool pump was not functioning at all. I made numerous repair calls & they continued to send the same technician. By February 2025 i was beyond over how many repair orders I had to submit i finally asked for a manager to inspect the quality of work. And the new technician who came out said it wasn't anything wrong with what they did and he quoted me $850 for a different repair. Which i believed. Again i had to pay to have my pool drained and chemically washed for $568. I also had to buy robotic pool vacuums just to have my pool keep from turning green. I was in the process of selling my house and was made to have the pool pump fixed. I hired a new company and when they were taking the pool pump apart they discovered it was cracked and broken. I immediately called Triton and they had someone come out and said they would not cover it because the other company touched it. It took me leaving a bad review for them to change their mind about repairing it. By then the other company made the repair for $350. They asked me to change my review because it looks bad on them. The owner reached out to me and only offered me $350 for this whole ordeal even tho I have 100% proof with pictures, videos, service call history report, texts and invoices. No one ever took me seriously. The constant stress and hassle for these past years has been ridiculous. Not only was I not able to enjoy my pool, the financial burden I endured is beyond me. I can't say enough good things about this company. From me calling and asking random questions, to setting up my regular pool cleaning, to getting my pool heater replaced, every single person I've talked to has been above and beyond a 10/10. They are so knowledgeable, but realistic and stress-free with repairs, and by far have the best prices (and I swear I called every pool company in the valley). They were the lowest monthly cleaning price I found and did not charge extra for chemicals like most do. When we got a quote for a new pool heater that was more than a competitor, Derek went above and beyond to get it approved with his boss to price match it, even though it meant they probably wouldn't even make money on it. I can text our pool cleaner, Gilbert, at any time and ask him questions and he even sends me pictures when I'm not there. He's always on time and lets me know when he'll be there. I can't say enough good things about this company. They stand by their work and service and their prices are the best in the industry. I called Triton on a Thursday for an estimate on running a new pool lite line/ replacing the old one. Triston/ owner came out the next day. Gave me a fair price and said they'd be out on Monday if I paid half upfront and the other half on completion. The crew showed up early (Sonny and Joey). After a bit they said the job was going to be harder than expected. I had to drain the pool for them to do it. They brought me a pool pump so I wouldn't have to rent one. They came back early the next day and and rely had a heck of a time pulling the line due to it being concreted in. They finally got it removed and the new line and lite installed. I asked with the extra amount of work was it going to cost me more. They said no it was just part of the job. Well when I checked my credit card a few days later I was charged $200 more than expected. I called the office about this and was told it was due to the extra work. I said that's not what the tech told me. I was told again it was due to the extra work. I wasn't happy until they called back and said the owner heard about this and said "No we will honor the original quote given, and will refund the $200". I was more than pleased. This company went above and beyond what they could have done and did not try and cheat me. I would recommend them to anyone. I already have. Great people to work with. 5 stars +. read more
