I bought an extremely rare 2006 Mercedes SL65 from Car Connection for $28,000. On my test drive…read morewith their salesperson the car seemed fine, and I was so determined to own the car that I neglected some important details relating to the purchase. I explain here. Car Connection's 3-day, 100-mile warranty. I found an issue with the car after getting it home and chose to avail myself of this policy. I learned that I would be charged a $495 restocking fee and a $20 wire transfer fee. Had I asked for details about the return policy beforehand as their website mentions doing, I suppose Car Connection would have noted these fees. Car Connection's 3-month, 3000-warranty. As mentioned I found an issue with the car. The engine misfires whenever you accelerate at full throttle and your speed is greater than c. 67 MPH. You'd figure a drivetrain warranty would cover something as basic as this, but it does not. It only covers engine internals -- pistons, connecting rods, bearings, etc. Their website did mention to get details of the warranty, but I did not. I decided to keep the car and to deal with the misfire issue. Reckoning an $800 ignition module was the problem, I requested $400 toward the purchase of a module. Car Connection gave me a check for $400. My 3-star rating for Car Connection is based upon the above as well as a variety of factors which I do not mention in the interest of brevity

Not like a customer but like he was a part of their family. My dad passed away in 1997, He just bought a Marquis from Central Auto Sales 6 months before he passed away. Central Auto Sales help us through that very difficult time. So when I decided to buy my next car, I thought of Central Auto Sales. Edward and Steve made me feel like family. I understood what my dad meant when he said they treated him like family. When I left Central Auto Sales today, I drove off in my car I got from them. I left them and went to my brother to tell him of my experience. He said he will be sending his daughter to Central Auto Sales. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Central Auto sales took the time to to get to know me and even though my credit was not the best they had a real conversation with me. They took the time to understand that we all have gone through hardships and should be given a chance. They take a chance on you and throughout these three years they worked with our family and now we will be life long customers. They made it easy to pay off our truck and we will definitely be getting all of our vehicles from our new found family! Thanks Steve, Miss Margaret, Keith and the entire central auto sales family.

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection. Don't waste your time.

I called the dealership and instead of telling me this was my issue as the car did not come with a warranty they did all the work at cost and covered the cost of the labor and replacement of some of the parts. Salesperson Orlando's photos of…read moreundercarriage didn't show rust, but the inspection at T & G Automotive Repair revealed a great more things wrong than we could have imagined. The other things did include a great deal more rust and undercoating used not to protect the car, but to hide it from buyers. "Ramin Z" (the review at the top of the list today) is right to the extend that the staff seem to be "very nice people." The people I deal with were attentive and responsive. But the fact that they were peddling this car in the first place as among the "Best Auto Selection" dealership's inventory tells me that these guys are not to be trusted. The other reviews say the same. I cannot recommend this dealer at all. I would ask anyone to read the OTHER reviews about Best Auto Selection, and the quality of cars that they sell. I would approach this dealer with caution and assume their inventory is extremely questionable. I help people find and buy quality low mileage used cars. Been at it for over 31 years. And I know that bad dealers can have and sell good cars. Good dealers can have bad cars among their better vehicles. The key to success is to do everything you can to scrutinize the vehicle thoroughly before making a firm commitment to buy. Thankfully this is what I did, and thankfully I found a great auto repair tech who had my customer's best interests at heart.
