We found one that we liked far more than the one we originally planned to buy. Gus worked a price that was far lower than other dealers we checked with. Absolutely great purchasing experience! I would recommend them to anyone. Added benefit, they have a great restaurant upstairs that offers a great lunch at a super price.

Him and salesman Percy literally judged us like we can't afford it. Salesman was bugging me by text few days and when I called, he didn't even bother to response back. I'll never even bother to come here for service.

UPDATE: They gave me a $400 refund for the mudflap…read more I'll let the videos speak for themselves. The mechanics broke my trunk and then had the audacity to quote me for a fix. To replace my mudflap they took a screw from the working mudflap and used it on the replacement one. It's barely hanging on (2 screws on 1 and only 1 screw on the new one. Each should have 3). I hope whoever made that decision gets fired. It could have caused an accident. Cutting corners wherever they can and the sheer laziness of such an act is appalling. They are also rude in general at the desk. No thank you once the service is done. They literally just dropped my keys on the desk and didn't say anything. Crazy. I'm getting ready to take this to small claims court if they don't make it right. I'm never taking my vehicle there again.

I recently took my car here because my car was shaking due to the rotors. At first, the service…read moreseemed helpful. They advised me to wait until my brake pads wore down before replacing the rotors because it would supposedly be cheaper to do it all at once. I appreciated the honesty at first. However, once I left the dealership, I noticed a mark on my vehicle that was not there before I dropped it off. I also noticed scratches around my screen and smudges inside my car. I immediately called the dealership, but no answered. After repeatedly calling, I finally got someone on the phone. I asked if they clean the inside of the cars, specifically around the dash area, and they told me no. I then explained the damage I noticed, and I was told I would need to speak with the manager, who would not be available until Monday. When Monday came, I called again and still could not get int touch with the manager. It is honestly very difficult to get anyone on the phone there. I eventually drove up the dealership myself. The manager came out, looked at my car, and took his own picture. What immediately raised a red flag for me was when he said, "This happens all the time. People claim their cars get hit here when they don't". Instead of making me feel heard, it felt like I was being accused of lying before the situation was even investigated. He went inside for quite a while and then returned saying the mark was already there when they bought my car into the shop. He claimed they take pictures before working on vehicles, but he only showed me one picture that conveniently looked similar to the picture he had just taken outside. He did not show me additional photos of my car from checking. I also asked whether the system has a timestamp on the photo, he told me no. That response made me extremely uncomfortable and did not build trust at all. Overall, I left this experience feeling very disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I only trust my car with places I feel are honest, transparent, and accountable, and unfortunately this experience did not give me that confidence.

I showed the employee the email confirming the 2:30pm appointment and he told me tough luck. After pressing further, I was told I could wait in the waiting room until someone came back from break and they could possibly get me checked in. After asking to speak to a manager, I was finally told that they could check me in, but I declined. You would think that people in sales would want to excel in customer service. The way that I was spoken to today was unacceptable and the disregard for my time was more than rude. I will not be returning.

After visiting several other dealerships, I was discouraged by misleading pricing, hidden fees, and sales tactics that left me feeling like I couldn't trust what I was being told. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His patience gave me the confidence to make an informed decision, and his transparency was refreshing after the experiences I'd had elsewhere.
