I spent 2 to 3 days trying to find a way just to verify my employment which should have been done before I left. Already have issues with car due to cheap aftermarket parts. Brakes squealing due to cheap pads that were only pad slapped. All rotors need machining. Already have a broken cv Axle after 2 days of ownership. Tried to get repaired under drive train "warranty" not covered even though axles are part of the "drivetrain". During this whole process, it was extremely difficult to get any sort of response without them redirecting the conversation. headlight is completely flooded with water, when contacting the best I was told was some cheap knock off from EBay for $100. After paying nearly 17k for a ford focus this is absolutely ridiculous! Unless you want corners cut and shitty repairs go somewhere else. Should not have to spend 1,000 for basic maintenance on a car I've owned for a week.....

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection.
