Do not buy from here!…read more Dishonest and illegal practices in place Called in the morning to look at a jeep wrangler. The sales rep was persistent in asking me to come in. I explained to the dealer on the phone what I was looking for and that I was looking to buy today with a credit card. He said that was great and to please come in. Following the interaction with the car dealer I started getting text messages that were clearly generated by AI. These were annoying and kept persisting that I come in. When I responded saying I was coming in, the auto response was to ask for Shawn or Angel. I drove 1 hr to come out of my way to see the car. When I got there, I asked for Shawn or Angel and the dealer on the lot smiled and said they aren't here. Another person approached me with keys to the car and said he was not a dealer but would show me the car. The jeep had 4 tires with drastically different tread wear on the the 4 tires. I asked about it and they said this is the way it came to them. I asked to see the CarFax report and so they showed it to me. The report showed tires had been mounted in Marietta, GA and the previous dealer that owned it was in Florida. I told them what they were telling me didn't make sense about the tires. The previous dealership in Florida would not drive to Marietta, Ga to mount tires that were clearly used and worn differently. They went quiet... I haggled on price and offered a final asking price then handed them my credit card which the owner replied with we don't accept credit card payments. I told him the man I talked to on the phone had told me that it would be ok. The owners response was, that was not me. At that point I was done. They are not honest with their practices, they are utilizing staff that are not licensed dealers (illegal), they are doing repairs and maintenance on vehicles that is inappropriate and illegal (putting used tires on vehicles) and they are being dishonest with the forms of payment they are willing to accept then not standing by anything that is said or promised on the phone. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

I purchased a used BMW from Select Luxury in late January 2019. I almost bailed on the purchase…read moreafter reading some negative reviews. I understand people unhappy with transactions are more likely to post than those with good experiences...and that's why I am here today. The vehicle I wanted was likely one of the least expensive vehicles on the lot. I advised that I would be flying in and would pick it up Saturday morning. Mike Goodall at Select advised me to call their car service when I landed and they would arrange for transportation to the dealership (didn't have to do this---didn't even know it was a possibility. Vehicle was cleaned and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up (other posts commented that this wasn't the case). Dealer advised they would overnight titling paperwork to my local DMW in Florida and that I would be able to register it in Florida the following week. I received confirmation of shipping from the dealer when it was sent, and the tag office called two days later and advised I could stop in anytime to complete the registration. I'm still waiting for the crap to hit the fan due to the reviews... Go and get my vehicle registered and have my vehicle tagged the following day. End of story. I'm not a fan of traveling more than 30 miles to buy a car, but when you're looking for a specific car and it's 500 miles away I hope your experience is as good as mine was with Select Luxury Cars. Every person I came into contact with at Luxury was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage other customers with similar experiences to stand up for this dealership. Matt LaPlante

They showed me the car and let me take it for a pre-purchase inspection and test drive. At no point was there any pressure to make a purchase. After I decided to buy the car, the purchase experience was straightforward. They wouldn't move much on the price, but the car was priced at market value, so that is understandable. The car I purchased from Momentum Motorcars had a broken stereo/nav system. At the time of purchase the dealer promised they would get it fixed (verbally and in writing). It took two trips of a technician out to my job and one trip to the dealer to fix, but true to their word, it was fixed at no extra cost to me. Overall I would buy a car from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!…read more I purchased a $80k corvette from them. I am 1600 plus miles away so I based it off of a 5.0 Condition Report they had posted. Also I received a few pictures. Car is beautiful don't get me wrong but all 4 tires had BELTS/WIRES showing on them. If I made the trip to drive and look at it, there is no way I could have made it home. I had it enclosed from Georgia to Nebraska. As everyone knows, these tires are not cheap as I am now up to $3k out of pocket to get this solved! They reimbursed me for $1200 which is completely not fair. They simply will ghost you and pray they don't get a bad review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! CHECK GOOGLE REVIEW TO SEE PICTURES!!!
