They worked with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hertz rental car is real close and they picked me up after the appointment. The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen.
