My car broke down on 285 during the early morning rush hour. I called roadside assistance and Moet Roadside was dispatched to me. I was given an ETA of about 25 minutes it may have been a little over 25 minutes but it was still in good time. When he arrived he was very nice and verified information of where it was to go and proceeded to take my car to the location. When he arrived at the location he was nice enough to drop my car off he immediately called me and he also sent pictures letting me know that the addressed they provided was not a repair shop and that it looked like an abandoned building. He stated he had 2 more calls that he had to dispatch to but if I needed my car towed somewhere else that he would be happy to do so once he completed his 2 calls.
I contacted my insurance roadside informing them of the issue and at 1st they said that it was verified by the tow company that it was dropped off at the address of the repair shop that they were suppose to give to Mr. Moet but I let them know that it was dropped off at the address they provided which was not a repair shop and that Mr. Moet had already informed me that the place was not a repair shop and he sent pictures of the place. They then put me on hold was going to make me pay to have my care picked up and they reimburse me. I refused that and they placed me on hold, came back and apologized and put in a new order to have my car sent to another repair shop. Once a new order was put in for my car to get picked up and taken to another location. Mr. Moet was available to go pick it up and take it.
If Mr. Moet had not informed me when he dropped my car off initially I would have not known this and my car would have been sitting at an unknown location. Mr. Moet was nice enough to inform me that the location looked abandoned and was not a repair shop and then picked up the car and took it to another location. Moet Roadside ATL went above and beyond what was suppose to have been done. He could've just took my car and dropped it off like he was suppose to but he didn't and I am very appreciative of that. I was already scared, frustrated and nervous because it was early morning I had to get my daughter to school, I had to get to work and my car just shut down on Interstate 285 and me not knowing what was wrong with my car and being a single female but he came with a great attitude and assured me that he would update me if he needed to and he did just that. I don't normally write reviews but I had to for the excellent service that was provided. So to anyone who is reading this I recommend Moet Roadside ATL if for any of your roadside assistance needs. He was actually more help than the roadside company that's provided by my insurance.
