Mr Perry told me to have a seat and he would have one of the staff to take care of my car and he did. This was at the end of the day. Everyone from the front office to the back (technicians) made me feel welcome and made sure my car had new brakes and rotors before I left that evening. I have had an engine replaced in another car. No problem. I was told if any problem occurred, don't hesitate to come back. So far, everything is good. I recommend this auto shop. Thanks Mr Perry and staff.

She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I eventually took my car to Jamm III and Kerrie said that she would call me once they started inspecting my car. She called me back and informed me of what was wrong with my car and explained what needed to be done and was upfront with the cost. Once my car was ready, which was an awesome turnaround (repairs were not rushed, but at the same time they did not have my car for eternity), Kerrie called me and explained everything that was done and the price that she quoted me originally had decreased. She saved me A LOT of money and I really do appreciate her! She was professional in every aspect from the first time speaking with her over the phone to when I picked my car up after completion of the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Jamm III for all of your auto repair needs if you're looking for a repair shop that does not pressure you to get anything done that isn't needed (honesty goes a long way with me) and who are professional, knowledgeable, informative, affordable, and family-oriented. I live in Jacksonville, FL, but if I am ever up in the Atlanta area and having car troubles... I will call Kerrie (I hope I am spelling her name correctly lol) without any hesitation! Thank you JAMM III for getting my Durango back on the road and at an affordable price! It runs like new!!

It was either cold or hot, no in-between. We paid over $700. We drove it home (not checking it out - I know, our fault). The next time I drove it a few days later, it was doing the same thing it did before we took it up there, only NOW my power door locks aren't working and the drivers power window isn't working. We took it back, and they said "well, it's an older vehicle, these things happen. It's nothing we did"! When asked about the climate control knob, they said it was bad and they replaced something else, so we were quoted almost another $1,000 to replace it! WE LEFT. I only drove about 10 miles since it was in the shop, and the check engine light came on and it started "chugging". Transmission fluid is pouring out the bottom! It has NEVER leaked before ! ! ! They lost a lot of business from us and I am telling everyone I know NOT TO GO THERE!

I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
