They gave me a reasonable quote within an hour of my request on Yelp. Tisha was very responsive to (and patient and accommodating with) my obsessive texts leading up to the job, and then the guys got it done quickly. They made it look easy (and it definitely would NOT have been for us). Not even as noisy as I expected - I figured they'd have to bring their big chipper but they just used chainsaws and got all my debris into their big truck. I had warned the neighbors and apologized in advance, but what I thought would be a whole Saturday of chipping noise was only 3 hours with a little bit of sawing. The background: We had amassed a huge pile (7 feet high?) of jungle debris at the bottom of our hill. Some big and heavy, some tall and brambly. It was such a pain (literally and figuratively) to carry it up and haul it out. After making one trip to greenwaste in our little truck we decided to just hire someone. I was anxious leading up to their work day since the landscape is a bit treacherous, with slippery rocks and roots and narrow walkways. I was worried something would get damaged or worse, someone would get hurt. I asked to double check that they were insured and instead of just saying "yes" they texted me a photo of their credentials.
