It was a little difficult to schedule the initial estimate because they were busy, but I'm really glad I kept following up--it was absolutely worth it. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and hardworking. The job ended up being much bigger than anyone expected, but they honored their original quote without hesitation. From start to finish, everything was straightforward, honest, and easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality tree work.

(Of COURSE it had to be a holiday weekend!) Luckily it did not do any damage to where it fell next to the guest house nor the vehicles that were in the driveway; however, there were renters there for the weekend, so we needed to act fast. We started reaching out to businesses on Friday night and Justin answered the phone well after hours on a Friday. We agreed to meet the next day (Saturday). Justin and his crew were on time and did a phenomenal job. Removing a limb of that size near the guest house and the renter's vehicles was nerve wracking, but we instantly could tell they knew what they were doing. They took every safety measure and precaution to make sure the HUGE limb fell exactly where it needed to. Justin was incredibly professional from the beginning, until the very end, cleaning up to the point you could not even tell anything had happened. Again, we were highly impressed all the way around with Vista Tree and will definitely use them again.

Everything regarding service requested, quality and value were all completed at a high level of excellence. This is only about the third yelp review I have ever done even though I use yelp often. I rarely take the time to write reviews unless it is truly phenomenal and monkey man definitely deserves my time and an outstanding review! First of all, his reviews already spoke for themselves, so I took his impeccable history and decided to give him a call. I then realized that I didn't need to look into any other vendors because this was the guy I needed. When I called him, he answered the phone and willingly offered to help out. He was willing to come that same day or later in the week, but that wasn't going to work for me so we were able to plan for the next week. Don't forget to message and follow up with him because he's a busy man! On the day of the project he was a little behind, but nothing crazy, and I rather have someone with a great attitude and very reasonable price versus someone more prompt but charges an arm and a leg. The most impressive characteristic about monkey man is that he was willing to support the youth that we were sending to a conference. I ended up giving him more $ than he requested because I know the job he did was way beyond what he asked. I looked into renting a lift, but that was really pricey, and I would still need to get a chainsaw and be careful with the neighbors property and cable wires so it was definitely a wise choice to hire a professional like the monkey man versus trying to possibly save money but risk my life or potentially damaging my neighbors property or something else! I've cut many trees myself, but not one of this size so having monkey man was well worth it. He even went the extra mile to make some cutting boards for the neighbors who requested. I cannot guarantee that he will do the same favors for you/your neighbors; however, I have confidence he will provide his best service at a reasonable price & I do not believe that you will be disappointed. Bottom line: I just wanna give a big MAHALO to Monkey Man and look forward to hopefully doing more business in the future. God bless you!

Derek gave me a call and left a message (I wasn't available to answer) and asked to send him photos of what I want done. I sent him a video and explained what I was looking to get done. He was able to give me an estimate based on the video I sent. As they were in the area, he gave me a call asking if I had some time today to come by with the crew. They called after their job was done and came by and cut down all of my tall trees. They were really efficient and cleaned up really really well, including taking a pile of leaves (from the palms) that I had left for the next green waste day. Although they were using my green bin to haul green waste out to their trucks, they emptied it all into their trucks and left my bin empty. The back where they were working as well as the front where they cut the trees into smaller pieces to load were cleaned up really well before leaving. Highly recommend!!

Even after I rescheduled; he replied quickly to get us back on his schedule. Jeromie & his assistant did a very neat and professional job in cutting down 3 of our 30Ft tall palm trees (casualties of the CRBs) in our very tight backyard space. They carefully calculated the space and angle of the drop to avoid any damage to our roofline and the adjacent neighbors' tile walls, fences, roofline's & foliage. All done successfully neatly with no damage to any property. He was able to do the cutting, clean up and haul away all of the debris of the 3 trees in a little over 1 hour. Thank you Jeromie!

We requested a quote, and within two days they came to our property to assess the work and provided a quote that same day. We also wanted to make sure we were working with a properly insured company, and they promptly sent us a copy of their insurance documentation along with the quote. Once we approved the quote, they were able to fit us into their schedule the following week. Our project was fairly substantial and took three days. We had six large Cook Pines that needed to be trimmed down by about half, as well as several palm trees that had been infested with Coconut Rhinoceros Beetles (CRB) and needed to be completely removed. The crew arrived on time each day and was professional, friendly, and very respectful of our property. They took great care while working around the property and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day. Considering the amount of cutting and debris involved in a job of this size, we really appreciated how clean they kept everything. The entire process--from getting the quote through completion of the job--was smooth, professional, and well organized. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use Espitia's Tree Service again. Highly recommended for any tree service job, whether it's a small trimming project or a large job like ours!
