The team…read morefrequently failed to show up as scheduled, without any communication--no phone calls or messages to inform us of delays or cancellations. This lack of reliability made it difficult to feel that our property was a priority. Additionally, the level of care provided was minimal, limited primarily to basic mowing and blowing. When we raised concerns about our grass not growing properly, there was little to no guidance or transparency on how to improve its condition. Due to these ongoing issues, we will not be using Regan's services again, as reliability and communication are essential to us. On a positive note, we have since worked with Alex at Only Yards, and the difference has been exceptional. Their team is dependable, consistently arrives as scheduled, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to both customer service and the overall health and maintenance of our yard.

I clearly stated what I needed done to include clean up. If I had something in writing I wouldn't be cleaning up after you left Brian. I had other quotes which included cleaning but I went with you since you took the time to come out and give me a verbal estimate. Yes, you cut and grinded the stumps. As for clean up you then told me it was not included. If I knew that I wouldn't have gone with you. I'm pretty disappointed that you changed what you said earlier. Plus with the additional day we had to wait I still didn't get a written proposal. Who the hell would just agree on the cutting and not clean up all the mess!

I look forward to calling Brian again in the near future for additional Tree trimming needs!

You'd think several large guys standing around talking would notice during the job they dislodged and left a huge boulder laying across my hose in a large cement drainage shoot, sitting right in front of them. I asked him to please take it off my hose and they did but left the boulder in the drainage shoot. Hello? On another job Mike insisted on backing his monster truck into my narrow driveway towards my house smashing into one of my ceramic pots. No repair or replacement or even sorry that I can recall. Why couldn't he park on the road? This was all after the new guy started and the prices went sky high to pay for all their new trucks and machines. Now I'm being inundated with emails and I asked them to stop sending them but they just can't help themselves. Based on those reviews, I decided to contact the company to ask about masonry work. On Saturday, August 1, I called and spoke with the owner, Siaosi, who also goes by George. He told me his company mainly does masonry. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, and he asked me to text him with my address. I did so and asked him to acknowledge that he received it, but I never received a response. On Monday, August 3, I called to confirm the appointment. He told me again to text him with the address. I explained that I had already sent it. He then said, "I'm going to hang up now. I will check it." The next day, August 4, he called me, but I missed the call. When I called back, he said his name is George. I asked whether he had called me, and he said he was not sure and that it may have been a pocket call. When I asked what company he was calling from, he hung up on me. On Wednesday, August 5, he called again asking for my address and said he was already in my area. Since I had spoken with him several times, I recognized his voice and mentioned that someone named George had hung up on me the day before. He said George is his English name. He then yelled that he does not check text messages on Saturday and screamed, "Do you still want the service or not?" I found the tone and behavior unprofessional, so I ended the call. He called back again afterward. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The communication was inconsistent, the appointment was not properly confirmed, and the phone interactions made me uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not hire this company. I also question how reliable the five-star ratings are, because my experience did not match the positive reviews I saw online.
