This lack of reliability made it difficult to feel that our property was a priority. Additionally, the level of care provided was minimal, limited primarily to basic mowing and blowing. When we raised concerns about our grass not growing properly, there was little to no guidance or transparency on how to improve its condition. Due to these ongoing issues, we will not be using Regan's services again, as reliability and communication are essential to us. On a positive note, we have since worked with Alex at Only Yards, and the difference has been exceptional. Their team is dependable, consistently arrives as scheduled, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to both customer service and the overall health and maintenance of our yard.

I had other quotes which included cleaning but I went with you since you took the time to come out and give me a verbal estimate. Yes, you cut and grinded the stumps. As for clean up you then told me it was not included. If I knew that I wouldn't have gone with you. I'm pretty disappointed that you changed what you said earlier. You'd think several large guys standing around talking would notice during the job they dislodged and left a huge boulder laying across my hose in a large cement drainage shoot, sitting right in front of them. I asked him to please take it off my hose and they did but left the boulder in the drainage shoot. Hello? On another job Mike insisted on backing his monster truck into my narrow driveway towards my house smashing into one of my ceramic pots. No repair or replacement or even sorry that I can recall. Why couldn't he park on the road? This was all after the new guy started and the prices went sky high to pay for all their new trucks and machines. Now I'm being inundated with emails and I asked them to stop sending them but they just can't help themselves. I asked for a quote on a Saturday, and got a reply back within a couple of hours. We then chatted via text for a bit, where they explained that my French drains could probably use a cleaning, but they are actually working the way they are supposed to be working.
