It took them 2 days to demolish the 6+inch thick of concrete and haul it away. They did an awesome job and I felt bad because I had no clue how thick the concrete was. After the removal they prepared the dirt and installed irrigation sprinklers to our existing sprinkler system. They also upgraded our ancient sprinkler box to digital which is so much easier to program. They installed El Yoro Zoysia in 1 day and all I can say, it changed the whole view of my front area. If you're looking for someone to landscape, care and maintain, I'd recommend Dan and his crew. We just wanted the removal of the concrete, add sprinklers and grass and we were going to do the other areas. Dan had some great ideas and suggestions for us to explore! It's so much cooler and now we can enjoy more time outside in this area! They did a wonderful job, very hard workers and we couldn't be happier!

Leveling the ground on the side of our house and hauling away the material 2. Installing a retaining wall and vinyl fence 3. My yard looked exactly as I hoped it would after they completed it. They cut my grass, swept up all the leaves from my trees, as well as the grass cuttings and disposed of it for me properly. (But side note, to be fair, my husband did at least attempt and cut down half of the overgrown yard but our weed whacker died on us-- believe me when I say, our yard was in bad shape). So, Ray was one of the first people to reach back out to me when I set up a project through Yelp. We had finally set a time for him to come over for a quote but then my husband said he would do it, so I had to back out on Ray. Through it all, Ray was so kind and understanding. Perhaps looking outside at the half gnarly yard and our broken weed whacker after a week along with a list of other things my husband was tasked with, he finally told me, "Let's do it after all." He comes over gives me a quote and I told him if it's easier to start from scratch and he build a system that he recommended to quote me that. He also quoted me regular yard service that I agreed to I thought it was a good value and fair. He tells me that he can start on Monday and I was agreeable to that. Monday comes and he doesn't show up. He says he was busy so he would come on Saturday to work on the sprinkler system. He shows up on Saturday and walks to the back of the yard. I go about my work in the house. I later check my phone and see a message from him. He was not going to work on my system. He just left. No let's talk and requote, I made a mistake no nothing. Just a text message quitting. Luckily I didn't cancel my existing service and get stuck. I don't know how this business can continue to operate like this.
