I contacted Nifty Lawns through Yelp and they responded right away. I was able to get a very fair quote after sending them pictures and service was scheduled for the next day. They arrived right on time (even a little early) and they mowed, edged, trimmed all the palm trees, cleaned everything up, and hauled it all away. Super awesome service from Ken. I was needing some help with regular yard maintenance and grass trimming for my small back yard--so I looked to Yelp like always. I decided to request a quote from Nifty Lawns after reading all of the positive reviews. Ken got back to me super quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable, and so I booked him to come work on my yard the following week. Ken came right around the time frame he gave me and started working right away. He finished quickly and did a great job! My grass looked more even and clean. My grass is pretty new, and is growing patchy in some areas, so hopefully regular maintenance with Ken will help with that! Ken is a very nice and personable guy who's willing to answer questions that you may have as well. I have a small yard, but a few palm trees and, sometimes, little time at home to be able to manage them. I wanted to find a place that would not take advantage of me, would do a great job, and who I could trust to take care of it for me. I'm still using KP of Nifty Lawns, ever since Feb 2019 and, as I told him, I wish ALL companies operated like he does: reliable, responsive, consistent and reasonable. His 5 stars are well-deserved and if Yelp ever decides to add a 6th Star for even higher achievers, KP should get that one too. It's not as bad with landscapers as in other trades but how many times do you have trouble contacting them, lack of follow-up, poor work, try to overcharge, etc.? KP is the opposite of that.
