Treescape Hawaii - Trees I needed hauled away that wouldn't fit into my green can. - Tree Services Near Me - Ewa Beach, Hawaii

Shane was extremely responsive and professional from the very beginning. His communication was quick, clear, and consistent, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though my mom ultimately decided to go with someone recommended by her tenant -- which was no fault of Shane's -- I truly appreciated how promptly he answered questions and provided information. It's not always easy to find contractors who communicate well, and that really stood out to me. If you're looking for someone reliable and responsive for tree removal services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend reaching out to Shane. read more

Treescapes....amazing! Showed up early and went right to work. Adjusted amount once they saw my trees to a lower price! Took away all the rubbish and swept the sidewalk! Didn't harm parked cars! Courteous and fast! Yay! read more

I am updating my previous 1 star review because our refund was completed today! It took a very long time but finally getting RICO involved & the attention of Ellen (Shane's wife) is what finally moved the needle for us. Ellen was very responsive and swift to provide a payment plan with dates and we are extremely pleased that those refund installments were honored until made whole. read more

A former Yelper has come out of retirement yet again to write a review for this awesome business. Our backyard area was in bad shape, heck, it has become our outdoor forest that our dog had to trek through in order to do his business amongst the brush and weeds that grew everywhere. My husband and I were not good with maintaining it and had let it go (lesson learned, we will be working hard to maintain it). We needed help ASAP. Every time I was in the kitchen I would look outside and see the mess (and get grumpy because of it). I requested quotes after creating a project on Yelp and Treescape was the fastest to respond and set a day to get a quote. Shane came and was very straight forward. I asked him for all the different things we wanted to do, including possible others that we wanted to do if the budget allowed for it. He was patient with all my questions and broke down the payment options. The cost of our project was realistic and so, lo and behold, after a 50% deposit, he was at our place two days later to start on the project. They plugged with some grass, they grinded old tree stumps, they made our rock walls visible again amongst the many things they did here. Him and his crew worked hard to make sure they completed the project within the 2-3 days he had shared in our first meeting. They cleaned up the area and made sure to leave the finished area in pristine condition. On a side note, my 4 year old daughter ended up drawing something for them and taping in onto our kitchen window for them to hopefully see when my husband and daughter got home. When I got home a bit later, my daughter and I went outside to tell Shane thank you for all the hard work they have done, one of the workers, a younger woman, came and gave my daughter a little hand drawn picture of a butterfly and wrote a little note thanking us for having them over to help with our backyard. It's those little things that make me feel that Shane and his people truly put care and hard work into their jobs. I definitely plan to use them again in the future if anything else arises (hopefully not related to our backyard though-- I gotta do better with maintaining it!) read more

Shane and his team did a great job - they trimmed our tree, took down a cypress tree and cleaned up meticulously. I definitely recommend Treescape Hawaii! read more

We contacted several companies with pictures of trees that needed serious trimming. Shane was the only one who actually came out-the others emailed their estimates. He checked out the trees and we discussed what needed to be done, and his estimate was very fair. He and his crew showed up on time, got to work, and cleaned up as they went along. He did some thinning as well, and his crew was very careful with the other plants in our yard. Our trees look wonderful and we are very pleased with the work Shane and his crew did. We will definitely call him again when we need work done on our trees. Highly recommend! read more

Great job all around. Would recommend Shane and his crew highly. Great quality and value.

We would highly recommend Shane and his crew for tree trimming....Shane came and told us the best way to trim our 70 year old mango tree...right away we were impressed with Shane and his knowledge of trimming our tree. He and his crew came on time (in fact a little early which we were pleased). They did a beautiful job in trimming our tree and an exceptional job in cleaning up....we are very pleased with the results and feel it was worth the reasonable cost! read more

Had an annoying tree in the garage alley (Ocean Pointe area) that had grown beyond my ability and ladder height to deal with and the HOA needed all trees trimmed back before some surface work. So I did a quick search in the Ewa area and found Treescape. I expected that there would be a wait time, but Shane responded within an hour with a quote and said he could come by the next day. The next day, he came by, confirmed the tree and how far to cut, knocked it out quickly and the rest of his crew had the cuttings gone before I could run out for an errand and get back. Fair pricing for the speed and convenience I received and Shane made it all super easy. read more

I requested an estimate for artificial turf installation since I've read that it is very low maintenance and great for dogs. Shane responded immediately and was able to schedule me within a couple of days. Shane is easy to talk to, responsive, and answered all of my questions and concerns. His crew (Pana and Justin) was friendly and even gave me updates with their progress when I went out a few times to take a peek throughout the project. I was concerned with how the grass on the rock wall side would look since there were no straight edges, but Shane assured me that he would do his best to make it as flush and seamless as possible. He did not disappoint! We also had Shane plant a Mock Orange Tree to close a gap where our fence ended. We are very satisfied with Shane's work and will be calling/recommending him for any other landscaping needs. Our dog loves her new grass as well! THANK YOU SHANE, PANA, and JUSTIN! read more

The team was clearing a very large papaya tree that had branches on my neighbors' roof. I also had a a twenty+ foot tree that was too big and too close to my house. I asked them for help and they topped it as soon as they finished next door. Their fee was very reasonable, they were friendly & conscientious, and cleaned up the green waste. I highly recommend them. read more

Our entire yard needed some trimming. It included a couple of citrus trees, Dragon eye tree, Mango tree, and a very overgrown lychee tree. The lychee tree and dragon eye trees needed to be cut back from the neighbors and the roof line. I called two other companies and Shane came back with the lowest price. He was very flexible in getting our job scheduled. It did take 2 days instead of one day to complete, but Shane worked with me to clear the debris from the yard and make sure the yard and street were cleaned up. Thanks, Shane! read more

They are great. They called me right back, came the same day and did the job on the spot. The team is fast efficient and reasonable.

Shane and his team did an excellent job, and ours was a HUGE residential job. They were all hard working and kind. We cold tell they cared about their work. There was some minor damage to some plants and a very low rock wall we have because our trees were so huge that some very large pieces had to fall in order to get them trimmed back as far as we needed. He quoted us the lowest quote we got from anyone and completed the entire job. They cleaned up well at the end. We would hire them again. read more

Shane and the guys at Treescape were very impressive. The estimate was free, easy, and quick. The price was very reasonable compared to other businesses that quoted me double. They hit the ground running and began working fast and efficiently. The tree began to fall like dominoes. I am very satisfied with Treescape work. I have a lot of logs for my burn pit now. One thing to be aware of is the fluid start times. You just have to communicate your available times. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you for the great service. read more

Our tree went down on Wed. Of last week. The way it fell blocked most paths to the back yard. Set out request on Sat/Sunday. Shane came on Easter Sunday and gave us a decent quote. Shane and his crew did an awesome job on these large, untamed Areca Palms behind our house. The roots were affecting our lanai, causing flooding during heavy rains and based off Shane's assessment, we set up to get them chopped down, roots ground, and dirt lowered to help with drainage. In two days, the trees were gone and the ground considerably cleared up. Mahalo for the awesome, thorough work, will be recommending you guys to the rest of the neighborhood. read more

Shane and his team did great work removing, hauling, and grinding down stumps for about 15 trees in our backyard (banana, coconut, citrus, papaya, palms, cacao, something huge and scary with thorns, mango, avocado, etc). When we did a walkthrough afterwards, I couldn't even tell where the trees used to be and they didn't leave any dirt or sawdust in the walkways or driveway. Shane is very responsive to messages and we got this entire project done one week after we first reached out for a quote. They are very affordable, responsive, and do great work! Shane and his crew were doing major tree trimming on my neighbors property, and I asked him if he could trim a large mango of mine. This beast does not produce great fruit and is seriously overgrown. It was also a very challenging slope, some branches overhung a different neighbor, and I had some trees and plants beneath it I wanted not damaged if at all possible. Shane scheduled immediately, and the price was quite fair. It took them slightly longer than estimated but they finished in two days and their cleanup was pretty good. If you are expecting white glove service, this is not who is for you. But if you want tree trimming where are you don't need an arborist at a reasonable price they are excellent. read more

overpriced, poor quality. They did do a good job removing loulu palm, however they did not level the ground before installing cheap sod. Within a week the sod was overrun with nut grass. I had assumed prepare the ground for sod installation meant the ground would be leveled and something would be done to stop the nut grass from coming back. I was wrong. I'm still kicking myself for not getting an itemized proposal and checking with the BBB. I would not have paid them $8000 for the job they did. Expensive lesson on my part! read more
