Now it's 2024 and I'm calling in another Flooring company to fix their mistakes and here is what Trinity Tile did not do properly on my tile. Expansion joints are missing and the exterior waterproof under layer they used was incorrect. Water is sitting under the tiles and seeping out between the grout lines to escape. I also have cracked grout in other areas due to lack of expansion joints. Even more disappointed now than ever. Look elsewhere for Tile work if possible. read more

Trinity Tile Contracting did a great job installing my home's carpet. They removed all of the old carpet and padding, and carefully removed all of the existing thresholds and trim transition strips. Starting with the communication and work appraisal with Mr. Parris Kawaauhau, that was done with a detailed explanation, patience and understanding. The workmanship of Devin Gallano, Ayzek Silva and himself was top notch. They reinstalled my threshold and transition strips to perfection. Upon completion, they vacuumed the carpet to ensure it was clean and free of any debris. Their hard work and attention to detail will ensure that my home's carpet will be exceptional for decades to come. The initial anticipated timeline was that the work would take upwards to a full half day, although they completed it all in just about three hours time. Throughout the job, Mr. Kawaauhau presented options for us, as to the different considerations towards the installation and how it may affect the aesthetics of the finished product. If I ever need any further carpet or flooring installation work to be done, I'll hire them again. read more

Update: 1/21/2015 On Monday morning, a 4-man crew came to pull out our existing wood flooring. It didn't take them very long because our kitchen area is only slightly over 100 sq ft. By the afternoon, only Michael and Keola stayed to mud the area, install the rigid backing (because we have wood foundation) and lay out the tile configuration. Then, on Tuesday, both Michael and Keola mud, set the tiles and made the necessary tile cuts to fit into the configuration. This was an all-day affair! Their foreman, Rudy, stopped by several times to check on their work, consistently asked for our input regarding the layout, baseboards and finishes and assured us that they are open to fielding any concerns that we might have. Michael demonstrated the hardness of the tile that we had selected because we were concerned about the upcoming delivery and installation of our new range and refrigerator/freezer. The tile is an Italian porcelain that has an etched texture on it. Michael took his matte knife and firmly scraped it across the surface when sparks flew and the tip of his blade melted from the friction. The tile was unmarred! In fact, the tile is so hard that when they were cutting some tiles, the blade of their portable lathe sort of bent so Rudy took some tiles back to their shop to cut with a more powerful machine. I gotta give it up to both young men who tirelessly worked on their knees and bent their backs! Yow, makes my old body ache just thinking about it! On the third and final day, Michael and Keola returned to complete setting the remaining floor tiles and the baseboards. They were so exacting and the surface is smooth enough to not catch your hosiery or socks. We admired their high quality workmanship while they set about cleaning up their tools. They even wiped/mopped down our stairwell and foyer after removing their drop cloths! We're VERY happy, er, ecstatic with the fair pricing, workmanship and value that the new flooring will give to our home. read more

Trinity did such a good job in our kitchen, we called them again for our bathroom. Damon & Ardell carefully placed our ceramic bathroom tiles so beautifully that our floor looks like the design on every piece of floor tile is flowing into the next piece. Remarkable! An honest review. We had Trinity tile our bathroom. I'm disappointed in the attention to detail. We hired them due to the reviews on yelp and was hoping for amazing work. Sadly we got the "B" team. It seemed like they needed to be prodded to do the work well. This is partly my fault because I wasn't able to get off work. Where they failed was all of the details which is what everyone noticed right away. I learned my lesson. People, please give more honest reviews on the actual craftsmanship. When I discovered that one of my showers was leaking I called a couple of plumbers and tile people to sort out what was wrong. No one knew. When I called Trinity, Jason tested my shower and found definitively that the shower pan was leaking. Since all three of our showers were installed at the same time I had him check the other two, and they were also leaking. Redoing all the showers was the last thing we wanted to do, but I totally trusted Jason and decided to let him redo our main shower. It came out perfectly. His employees were all great, totally trustworthy, and conscientious about keeping things tidy. We have decided to go ahead with the other two and are happy to have Trinity do the work. We are very grateful to the friendly professional staff at Trinity Tile! The work was done at a shelter for homeless families. In the Laundry room, the old tile was badly damaged by a leaking washing machine and it became a trip hazard. They removed all the old tile, sealed the floor and put a waterproof membrane under the new tile. The job they did was expertly done. They also helped to finish the tile an ADA shower and bathroom. As a special gift to our shelter, they donated the tile and the work saving our non-profit agency a huge amount of money. We couldn't be more pleased with the work!
