Misdiagnosed my truck multiple times and tried to get me for over $2,000 dollars in repairs I did not need, got multiple second opinions at other shops and the repairs Trinity diesel stated I needed were not apparent at both other shops I brought it to. Not to mention the repairs were billed at 6 hours for repair but it took 6 days to get my truck back. Save your time and money, anywhere else will do ya better. read more

I been dealing with this outfit since they were in Eureka yrs ago. always super expensive. I saved a lot by driving to Ukiah to buy a Kubota as the owner was too greedy to reduce his price. I was driving by Trinity D and decided to check the price of a couple of simple filters. I was quoted $93 for a pair. I told them to eat #$^##@##$ and left. I got two quality filters from O'riley for $18. This outfit is getting bad reviews from a lot of farmers and Kubota tractor owners that I know. I now drive to Oregon to deal with Kubota and they are all friendly and nice as every one should be. John Deere is just as bad. $ 500 for a simple oil press ga........Got a good one from O'riley for $26. What is going on with these outfits? they are all ripping off the public. read more

Got my truck towed here after the engine was bogging out when I accelerated but was idling fine. The minimum charge of $130 was agreed to inspect my truck and go towards repair. I had to communicate with them daily to find out they were two mechanics short. I recently changed my fuel filter which didn't solve the problem and had an air filter I intended on installing. They asked me to bring it to them so I took time and gas money to drive the 20 mile round trip to bring it. It was never installed. So they took forever to find out my truck was out of gas. I had a five-gallon fuel container in the truck they could have used if they contacted me. Instead a mechanic got paid a ridiculous hourly rate to go to the gas station. I mentioned a couple other problems with the truck they did not inspect like the gas gauge acting up. Not only did I have to pay the minimum charge of $130 for this crap service, but the total was like $220. Extremely disappointing and exploitative to take a few days to figure out something so simple. read more

SCAMMERS! Do not go here... they take you for every single penny they can, make Promises and don't keep them (with customers literally spending $100,000+) charge you for things and you never receive them. I could literally write a book on the scams they've pulled on us. The lady at the front should not work in retail if she doesnt know what customer service is, or fixing problems on THEIR behalf. Do not do business with them, we are literally telling anyone and everyone about our MULTIPLE experiences being scammed and lied to. But in telling stories to others, I'm hearing that they are notorious for this. There are plenty of reliable businesses elsewhere. read more

Omgosh!! I don't even know where to begin!!! The folks at Trinity Diesel are absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I own a very small tow truck business in Eureka, just 1 flatbed. About 3 weeks ago, we had a call to tow a small storage shed to Burnt Ranch. Our truck loss coolant as we were going over the pass and we continued to refill it and drive on, trying to deliver the shed. About 15 miles before the delivery address, we lost everything! It was like the radiator had blown, fluid everywhere, then just shut down! I called Roxanne at Trinity Diesel and she was amazing! She talked to her mechanic and other shop people and phoned me right back with the needed information so we could make the decision as to where to take it for the repairs. She did this without even seeing our truck! She was spot on with everything from pricing to time needed for repairs. She was honest and so caring with every detail in every conversation I had with her! When we went into pick it up, we were welcomed with open arms! It was like family! Everyone we encountered from the counter guys to the mechanics was friendly and spoke to us! When it was all done and totalled up, the final bill was around $2,300 less than what was originally thought to be!! You just don't find this kind of caring, honest and friendly folks these days. We met with the owners Ken and Debra and they were so understanding of our situation, being a small company and this is our only truck. So I want to send out the biggest thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Ken and Debra (you are amazing folks and blessed us more than you know), Roxanne (you are our angel who helped us in our greatest need and made us feel like everything was going to be alright when we felt everything was falling apart), the awesome techs who worked on our truck, Justin, Russell, Marco, John and Jeremy (our hats off to you Gentlemen, you guys really know your stuff!) and Matt on the parts counter who is always smiling and friendly!! Had universal joint failure on 40 ft diesel motor home. Limped into Mad River RV Park - all shops were 1.5 weeks out - told Roxann at Trinity that we were on a tight schedule so she put us in the queue. Had a cancellation so we saw a tech the next day. Very friendly and helpful. Removed the driveline, took back to the shop and got us going the next day. We travel for a living and Trinty is one of the best that we have experienced. read more
