Rick is super responsive (in the 707!) and called me back on the same day. He came out to the house and trouble-shot an exterior outlet. Couldn't figure it out on site, but we spoke later and he suggested looking for a switch. Found it. No Charge! Set up a bigger job to install a big GFCI circuit. Called me the day ahead to confirm the appointment. His helper called out, and Rick called me right away to let me know and reschedule. He re-confirmed the day prior and showed up on time. Rick and his crew are polite and professional. I pointed out an issue with location of a breaker and they repositioned it without complaint. This electrician is very knowledgeable and professional. We had a short circuit inside the garage that took out the electrical supply of 2 large refrigerators located inside the garage and the electrical connection to charge my car. It also shut off my water heater. We called Mr. Pelren for advice. He was fantastic ! He gave my friend instructions over the phone of how to restore the electricity in the garage and the water heater. I purchased a heavy duty electric cord to charge my car and we had our problem solved. I kept his phone handy to call him and have him come in with any future electrical repairs.
