Curtis was able to come quickly and assessed the problem, realized he couldn't use his immense rooter machine because of access problems, and swiftly came up with a Plan B that worked. Curtis was unpleasant to work with. When cleaning out the main line, he complained that it was gross, and upon leaving did not put the cleanout apparatus back in the original (albeit funky) condition. When I asked him if he could put it the way he found it, he was short and unprofessional and I ended up gloving up and doing it myself. He did clear the drain for $165, but he was so unpleasant and unprofessional that I won't use his services again. read more

I had sewer coming up into my shower, gross! I called my boyfriend and he was working on a house he was remodeling and his client said Curtis at Rocket Rooter was the nicest and had fair prices. I had already called another company and they wanted me to wait until the next day but I told them I had to work the next day. Then they called me back to say they were going to charge me the overtime rate at 5 pm since it is now 2 pm. I cancelled and called Rocket Rooter like what was recommended to me. Curtis was professional, and eager to help. He was working on another job but finished up and made it within an hour. He had a very pleasant attitude and although my house sits way back on the lot he just kept running the snake and never complained a bit. It took several hours but he was tenacious and just worked it slowly so he didn't damage anything and it eventually unclogged. Yay!!!!!
