Not professional Workers harass and discriminate and mock disabled Even when working on units near disabled's residents and will actually travel from other spots to come to disableds property acting like they are getting things from other works just to incite harassment of disabled and mocking Drug addicts Cheap materials Threatened disabled and pets Busted previously for fraud and defrauding workmans comp amd several other things in 2014 Dont save a buck with tims Save yourself some drama amd money by not needing things repaired multiple times Hire pros with real licenses and mature adults that dont harass and threaten people for fun or instigation like school girls If you want something done right the first time and dont want to be conned or lied to about cheap materials or the wrong ones Dont use cheap local improficient solutions Took over a year for them to realize a significant leak that could have caused serious structural damage was exactly where an actual trained professional told them it was The reference and information was ignored due to someones discrimination Im guessing they were illiterate or never went to college since they couldnt read the trained professionals credentials If someone tells them anything about you or to not do a good job thats what you get not what you pay for Also they have no idea how to properly finish a job and will go out of their way to convince ypu that the wrong things look right and are sufficient because they dont live there Very unprofessional and immature Drugs Disability discrimination amd harassment Over charging for the wrong materials Claim finish when the job is not finished Encourage others to harass people not even at active jobsite Dont trust dirty people who have already been busted and cant be professional or mature You work for your money Expect what you pay for If you dont get it sue Its the law. At least the leak was fixed a year later eventhough nothing else is correct If you dont believe me ask a real trained professional plumber Look at properly finished jobs and new construction Caulk was sloppy amd only lasted a week,told no big deal because there is a lip around the tub. Ignoring the law dictating caulking must be proper to secure safe habitability as even though it may not leak it can cause mold behind walls amd allows pests such as ants and roaches in Outer asthetic framing done with uncut boards painted not proper edging Uneven cuts that show on frp board instead of applying proper surround Most likely the landlord skimping on proper maintenance unless they just lied and took specifically angled completion photos Will blame every leak on anything but what you tell them until it cant be denied leading fixing other things but not the main issue requiring multiple visits. Will claim order was wrong to make you wait for completion Went a week with no shower while others waited a day Intentional mocking discrimination dictated by someone vindictive Probably someone that has already been busted By a real trained professional With real credentials from federal training and real college With real world decades of experience doing it the right way the first time up to code no call backs or reports ever Dry waller makes threats to disabled and pets Cant popcorn a wall and properly blend viscosity or density in popcorn Did not clean up throughout process Or everything they said they would But you have to pay high rent and taxes And they claim to have been beong watched as recently as two months ago I highly suggest you ignore word of mouth and reviews They do not treat all customers equally and they dont even use the roght materials or make clear cuts Only clear cuts observed were corners Yes thats a professionalism joke Save your residence and undue costs. Not a buck to begin with I bust slumlords and hacks all the time Probably why i was discriminated on amd threatened after being so nice to them That or theu just let someone tell them too Your rent isnt too high when ypu get what you pay for People like this are exactly why their are task forces and tv shows and federal agencies in the first place Avoid tims plumbing and if your landlord or managment use them Maybe inform them of previous busts and the kind of materials that are used when properly repairing and finishing a job They will mess with your water pressure and make jokes about it even if you have back problems or injuries Level of maturity is always congruent to professionalism People like this are why real pros dont have jobs It was like they came with ppp llc and no permits or only one persons license If so. Horrible service. Called to get my clogged main sewer line snaked, which Tim said would be "Easy." I called him almost 2 hours after our appointment time, and he had no idea who I was. He and crew did then come out, snaked the drain, and my toilets worked again. I went to the access hole site 2 days later to clean up the mess left by the clog, and found the access pipe sheared off! The broken top was placed back on the access pipe, as if I wouldn't notice! Tim said nothing of this. When I called to ask why I wasn't told about this, and when he would fix it, he informed me the pipe was not "broken," but that he had "Ground it off." I couldn't believe he didn't tell me about this. Three days later, Tim has no-showed to the appointment to fix the access pipe, and now is not answering my phone calls. Don't bother with this joker unless you want a headache and some repair work to go with your plumbing problem. read more

Tim did work at my property and billed my property management company $600 to "repair hot water heater, and replace a faucet". That was the full extent of his invoice. I found out from the tenant who was present when he was doing the work, that he was in the property for one hour. The "hot water heater repair" was that he found the breaker switch was flipped for the hot water heater, and turned it back on". I will never use him again. read more

The first time I hired Tim's Plumbing to diagnose and fix a broken sewage pump. The pump had to be replaced. It was a very heavy and expensive part. Tim installed the part at a very reasonable price. He showed up when nobody else would. The next time I hired him to fix a complicated drainage problem that had been leaking water into my basement for years. My hot water heater died, and after reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to try Tim's Plumbing. I called Tim to set up an appointment on an afternoon and got an appointment that day. I was replacing a 30 gal water heater, but because of his knowledge of prices and dimensions Tim told me I could get a 40 gal. for $100 less than a 30 gal. So I upgraded. The next day he came to install it. Tim got the job done in a little over an hour, replacing strappings and updated connection valves and he took the old water heater away with him. He left his work area clean and tidy. If you're looking for a personable plumber who is knowledgeable, efficient, responsible and on the lower end of the affordability scale, Tim's Plumbing is the way to go. Have used Tim's Plumbing over the years and they have always done a good job for a reasonable rate, but have NEVER been quick about it. This go-around, though, takes the cake. Not only did I have to wait and wait for them to come.....as in DAYS, but the plumber just walked off the job in the middle, due to his conflict with Tim. Not sure what to do now. read more

Tim's Plumbing did a poor job. They make you wait forever and then do a crappy job. They dug up the driveway and yard to fix pipes and didn't fill the holes they made all the way! They are so busy because they bid so low on jobs and it shows! Very dissatisfied. read more
