Called for a consultation and ended up getting my entire bathroom checked out, tub fixed, and sink inspected. Thank you, Bart! He is the man for the job and responded extremely quickly after I called. I was stressed looking for affordable, high-quality, plumbers and got lucky calling Northcoast Plumbing. Definitely check them out! read more

I had a plumbing issue. Bart came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. Then he didn't charge me because there wasn't anything he needed to do. Very pleasant and friendly. I will call him again. read more

We needed a new Kitchen sink installed ASAP and Bart scheduled an appointment right away. He was able to install the sink despite some draw backs with the mounting and pipe fittings for the new sink. His work was impressive and impeccable. We highly recommend Bart with Northcoast Plumbing! read more

I needed a new faucet and garbage disposal installed and haven't been impressed with previous plumbers I've used, so I called Northcoast Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews. Y'all. He answered the phone when I called, gave me an estimate over the phone, walked me through exactly what kind of garbage disposal I should get and where/how to purchase it, scheduled a few days out, texted me a confirmation (with his license number included in each text!), showed up on time, and got the job done quickly and professionally - for the price he quoted me. I'm straight up giddy about how smoothly the process went and actually look forward to hiring Bart again. Humboldt tradesfolk, take note: this is how you get repeat customers. read more

Bart provided excellent service--he responded promptly, arrived on schedule, demonstrated great expertise with my plumbing issues, and was kind enough to bring treats for my cat. read more

Bart helped diagnose a very tricky odor problem. He has a smoke blower that can be used to detect where a plumbing fault is located. This saved tons of time and anguish. It turned out that the bathtub never had a proper p-trap installed when the house was built in 1965. I'm a new owner of the house and I can't imagine how the previous occupants dealt with the issue over the years. Fortunately the mystery has been solved and a p-trap has been installed. Bart was a great communicator and super easy to work with. I'd highly recommend his services. read more

I hired Northcoast Plumbing to Install a new kitchen faucet, a new garbage disposal, and to fix an underground leak at Thunderbird Mobile Estates. Bart gave free estimates, charged exactly what the estimates stated, was on time, completed work efficiently, cleaned up after the job, was very professional and friendly, and the quality of his work was great. The most appreciated part of working with Bart was his exceptional communication from the first time I contacted him. Northcoast Plumbing is now Thunderbird Mobile Estates top plumbing vendor when we need any plumbing services. I highly recommend Bart Lunn with Northcoast Plumbing. read more

Bart, extended a gas line and hooked up our Rinnai furnace. He responded quickly to our request and came for an estimate a few days later and then scheduled us for the next week. He was always on time and did what he said for the price he quoted. He's a perfectionist and did a great job. Highly recommend. read more

Installed a new garbage disposal within a short wait time. I really appreciated it, thank you!

I called Bart at Northcoast Plumbing for a leak under my toilet. He came out at no charge & gave an estimate. Within 3 days Bart made the repairs & installed a new toilet. He had found a bit more repair was needed than he had expected. There was no extra charge. The next day there was water leaking & Bart came by that very evening, around 4:30 pm on a Friday. He discovered the new toilet had a crack inside of it and he put in another new toilet that very moment. No waiting. Bart was very fast & efficient on getting the job done. He was very professional and nice. I very highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I know I will call on Northcoast Plumbing for any future issues I may have. read more

When I had a pressurized sewer line rupture Bart was there and ready to help. In addition to having a strong constitution when faced with the ick factor of this project, he brought his knowledge and experience to bear and I am confident that we will not have this section of the sewer line rupture again. As other reviewers have noted, Bart is up to date with the latest in online scheduling, billing, and notifications. It's a comfort to know via text message that your plumber is on the way and is "x" minutes out. I'd hire Bart again and I'd recommend you do the same. read more

Bart utilizes modern technology for his business which is awesome and helpful. He also gives free quotes for work quickly--which is very much appreciated in emergency plumbing situations! I'm not sure if he charges $150 or $200 per hour, but the job was done in less than a week and I appreciated Bart's kind phone etiquette. He is a credit to the trades industry and has top notch technology use, with texts to let you know he is on the way to your repair. I was quoted $150 for one hour of labor and $150 for parts over the phone. I asked if we could get the price any lower on parts, as I thought that would lower the bill. Bart said he would look around town at parts and let me know. He was able to find a replacement part for less than $100, and I was charged $300 total (so $200 for an hour of labor I assume) which was his original quote. Overall pleased with the outcome. read more

Not that Bart needs another five star rating or excellent review but here goes: I am so happy I decided to call Northcoast Plumbing when the "first guy" I called gave me attitude, turned out to be super-flaky UBER expensive (without even starting the work)! Bart was completely knowledgeable about his craft. He was efficient, effective, and tackled my 3 emergent tasks in less than an hour! If I were to be unhappy about anything it's that this guy is just TOO BUSY! But with all these excellent reviews that is certainly understandable. So be patient and be sure to get on his schedule EARLY! read more

My hot water heater failed after 16 years last Saturday. First thing Monday morning, I called Northcoast Plumbing. Bart answered right away, and was able to adjust his work schedule so that he could come Tuesday and replace it. While he was at the house, we found that the shutoff valve for the water to the house needed replacement as well. Bart replaced the shutoff valve and then proceeded to replace the old hot water heater with a new one. He did an excellent job, finding about 10 code violations with the previous installation (!). If you want a professional code compliant job done, don't hesitate to call Bart. He's top on my list for any future plumbing work (and my wife has plans for a bathroom remodel !!). read more

Although I didn't do business with them, I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone was amazing. Super nice and accommodating. I let him know what was going on and he said he could be there the same day. I called them because the other plumbing device I had originally contracted had cancelled. However, after calling them I received a knock at my door. It was the other plumbing service. I called Northcoast Plumbing back and they were understanding. We shared a laugh and I told them that I would definitely use them in the future if I have issues. I felt like they deserved this review and I hope other people give this awesome business a chance! read more

I called Northcoast to set appt to fix a leak under our sink. Bart answered and said he would be out the same day. Communication with him was beyond excellent and when he arrived he was on time and ready to start the job. As it turned out we had a leak in a pipe behind the wall and as he worked took time to decuss everything he was doing. Bart has the personality to make you feel at ease which is a plus for any homeowner who may need plumbing services. Yes he fixed our problem and yes we will always call him for any plumbing needs we may have in the future. PLUS, he's a small business owner which we all should support! THANKS BART!! read more

All I really need to say is that all of the Five Star Reviews on Yelp for Bart and his Northcoast Plumbing are right on. An excellent plumbing experience with Bart replacing the faucet in our kitchen sink. Overall, our experience with Bart at Northcoast Plumbing was very satisfying, and I do not hesitate recommending Bart and his Northcoast Plumbing highly. read more

Northcoast Plumbing is the Best! Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.... Quality and Professionalism! Bart Lunn, the owner, answered the phone right away when I called and scheduled me within 2 weeks ( not an emergency call ). His cost is $249/hr, but when I told him what I needed: remove my old kitchen faucet which is leaking and replace it with a new one I bought at Home Depot online, and fix the "flapper" on my roommate's toilet, he said it would probably cost around $300 - $350 total to do both jobs; but that he needed to look at the sink and toilet in person. My roommate bought a new "flapper" from Ace. Bart advised him that the brand of toilet he has doesn't always work w/ universal flappers, so he may need to order direct from the manufacturer. And, yes, my roommate did try to fix the flapper himself, but it was installed incorrectly (by my roommate). Bart also let him know that the flushing device was bad as well. The kitchen faucet took 2x as long to do since he had to cut off the old fixture ( it wasn't installed properly ) so he ended spending 2 hours total, which should have cost $498. But since he hadn't realized he had to cut the faucet (adding extra time) when he 1st inspected the sink, he honored the $300 quote! He even gave me advice on my 2 outdoor pipes as to what size insulation I need. He is very nice, knows his stuff and had no problem with me asking him to wear shoe covers in my home. I will call on him again if needed and recommend him 1000%!!!!! read more

Recently, my wife and needed a plumbing job done. We tried to reach our old plumbing company but they had evidently gone out of business. We turned to Yelp to find a small company with a reputation for prompt high quality work, better than average communication with customers and personalized service. Bart exceeded our expectations in all regards. I hope he continues to satisfy customers like us because we plan to be repeat customers so long as he's in business. read more

Bart has helped us out on more than one occasion with rental properties. He's excellent. He's reliable, reasonably priced, friendly and I trust him. When I wanted to know about repiping our 117 year old property, his response was he can do it but if it were him, he'd wait - don't fix what isn't broken. He could've made a tidy, quick profit off of us and we wouldn't have been any the wiser... but instead he's got a client who will recommend him to anyone and in the long run, I think his honesty is going to be more profitable. Nice guy. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly. Willing to work with your schedule, and has years of experience. We had him fix a leak in our front yard that Roto Rooter couldn't find, and we will definitely be calling him for our bathroom remodel! Thank you! read more

This guy is great! I found him on an ad on Craig's List. He was professional, did great work and was on time and reasonably priced. I had a leak in my shower, this is an old house, he was able to repair it where another company quoted me three times as much money and said everything had to be replaced. It works great now with no leaks! read more

Bart has done two separate jobs for me in the last couple of months, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He very efficiently diagnoses problems, and he gave excellent tips on what to look for when buying a new sink and faucet, which he installed beautifully. I was bracing myself for the worst with a toilet repair, but he found that the problem wasn't as serious as he thought it might be, so the job was quick and less expensive than I anticipated. Very pleasant fellow to deal with, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. read more

After much long research and searching, I contacted Bart to replace 2 valves on my water line into MCSD main. This double check valve needs to be replaced every 5 - 8 years, so it is something local plumbers should be familiar with. The previous company is no longer in business, and the one now operating with the old name priced the repair at twice what I've paid in the past. Plus a charge to come and inspect before actually making the repairs. He showed up promptly the following day armed with everything he needed, made the repair swiftly, priced fairly, and passed the inspection with flying colors. He knows his "stuff". read more

I decided to call Northcoast Plumbing because of the great reviews. Bart did not disappoint! He came out the same day I called to check on our kitchen faucet that was leaking at the base.
