We are so very pleased with the results of the hard work by the dedicated crew of Fitz it Right Plumbing. Our bathroom remodel went to the bare, solid redwood plank walls and floors. They handled those precious 90+ year old boards professionally as they relocated all the fixtures, drains, piping, ducting, and electrical outlets and replaced the redwood in perfect condition. Knowing our bathroom Is rot, mold and pest free is a great piece of mind. The crew leader gave us great resources and information about purchasing fixtures and materials that fit our desires Not only did they transform our indoor space so delightfully, they also replaced our old Orangeberg sewer line, and installed an on demand whole house hot water heater. All the employees were professional, respectful, friendly and hard working. They were all very welcome in our home and were considerate of our space, time and needs. Their estimates were accurate and very competitive. If/when we need help from a plumber, (we do have 90+ yr old plumbing in the rest of the house) they will continue to get our business. read more

Will from Fitz it Rite is a delightful professional. Guiding us with our needs in mind, while making absolutely certain everything is done right. While in the middle of planning a much needed sewer line replacement, our hot water heater failed. Will replaced it quickly and efficiently. And it was no easy job getting the old tank heater out of a closet in the crowded back room of our little house. The charges are very reasonable and as retirees we appreciated his help in making this event as easy as possible. We've used Fitz it Rite before and have always been entirely satisfied with their employees, pricing, and knowledge. read more

The toilet bolt rusted and broke off, surprised me as that bathroom was put in just ten years ago. Fitz It Right came out same day for the repair. Roberto was great. Pulled the toilet and found the toilet was never properly seated. The wax ring wasn't compressed and the flange below had also corroded (due to the poor work of the install contractor). Fitz It Right showed and explained to me every step of the way, he had all the necessary parts on the truck and cleaned up beautifully when the repair was finished. I am very appreciative and grateful to find a quality workman. Price was fair! Thank you Fitz It Right! read more

I had a great experience with this company. They are very responsive. I love that it's family owned. Everyone I spoke with is very customer focussed from making the original appointment to the work done. I'm extremely pleased. I found them all to be very professional and friendly. Just had the work done today and I I'm feeling comfortable, should there be issues in the future, they have a very good warranty. They knew my house and had worked on it before which was very helpful. I highly recommend them. read more

I work for a real estate investment company and I worked with plumbers all over California and I have never used a company that is as honest, hard working and patient as this company. Big shout outs to Jessie, who runs everything behind the scenes for making things simple and always returning my frantic calls. Thank you Eddie, Danny, and everyone else. Looking forward to working more in the future. read more

Fitz It Right had done worked on my house, my daughters house, and the office building I manage in Eureka. They have replaced water heaters, fixed broken buried lines, installed toilets, and a variety of other residential and commercial jobs for me over the last several years. They respond promptly, I have NEVER been unhappy, and the charges have always seemed very reasonable. They get five stars. read more

Fitz it Right took over work from another plumber who ghosted us after breaking every project he undertook. First the toilet needed new tank bolts and insides, not a new wax ring. The first company broke the sink drain while badly installing the tub drain. Both had to be replaced by Fitz it Right. They also located (Redding, no less) picked up and installed a new tub faucet. This company does excellent work and really saved our bathroom. read more

Great company and family. Every time they've been out to our house they are friendly, funny, and knowledgeable!

I highly recommend this company! We recently had a party at our home and with 50+ people someone ran over the garden spigot in the yard. It created a geyser and the only way to shut it down was to turn off the main water supply at the front gate. This disabled all the toilets and sinks in the house. Fitz It Right was able to come out immediately after hours in a weekend to cut the pipe and capped the leak. They saved the party! We had several people staying the night and we were able to shower and use restrooms for the rest of the weekend until the spigot was replaced on Monday. The price of repair and new spigot was very reasonable especially for an after hours emergency repair. We will use them for any plumbing projects in the future. read more

Eddie and his team were great. Showed up on time and completed the job quickly and under budget.

They were eager to help us out, and answered all my questions when asked. They fixed the problem we had, and did it in a professional way. I'd highly recommend them. read more

Our rating is less than ZERO. We used to use these people and even recommended their company. That is no longer the case. We would never use them again for any reason even if our toilet was exploding. They have proven that they do not live up to their commitments, they do not take responsibility for their actions, and they do work that falls apart. Please don't be surprised by a company as bad as this. read more

Dan, our plumber did a great job. He fixed our leaking bathtub faucet and replaced the stem to our cold water handle. Furthermore, he changed our toilet gasket and placed spacers to level it out. Our toilet no longer shifts or rocks. He even did some maintenance by cleaning our toilet flushing jet, which we hadn't asked about. Fitz it Right Plumbing arrived at the time we scheduled and completed the job in less than one or two working hours. I would recommend them. read more

I have yet to have a good experience with this company. Last time they were here they left dirty footprints, misc parts in different areas and didn't have a snake on their truck to fix the my slow draining toilet. Jessie wasn't proficient at her job either. I had to call back a week later as they never came back to fix the problem. Now I've spent all morning waiting their 9-noon time frame and they call at 11:59 to tell me they are running late. I would not choose this company but it is who Coldwell uses. read more

Awful Experience. I phoned Fits it Right to replace a broken shower drain. Two men arrived and one went to Piersons for parts. They put a kitchen sink drain in my shower pan. They did not ask if this was ok they just did it. Then charged me over $300.00 for it. When I told them I was not happy as it was not safe and it is a SINK DRAIN!!! They told me I could by the parts at Piersons that I wanted they would come install, or they would order the "mobile home" part from Century Mobile. So I agreed to have them order the same drain they had at Piersons from Century , just so they would cover it. Then they did not get back to me for about 10 days. So I called Century Mobile and spoke to Doug. They carry the drain IN STOCK people!!! And Fits it Right NEVER called them for it. I text Fits it Right and let them know "The part they (never) ordered was in" LOL!!! They got back to me and said oh your right ,it has arrived. So completely dishonest. They got the part and sent Danny to install it. Thank you Danny for being competent. Now I have a shower drain, not a sink drain in my shower. I also have to say I am the property manager at Humboldt Bay Mobile Estates, 9 years I have been here. I phoned Fits it Right to make my life easier and it was a pain in the rear to say the least. In ALL my years here I have never dealt with such incompetent dishonest vendors. Just Awful :( read more

Both times I have used this company they were prompt, professional, affordable and creative with options.

We had a utility sink installed in our garage near our washer and dryer by Fitz It Right Plumbing. It was great service by knowledgeable people. They know plumbing! The finished sink installation looked more attractive than we had earlier envisioned. We had expected to see exposed pipes going to the water connections in the garage; however, the plumbers covered all their work with an attractive plastic sheeting. Great job! read more

We needed a new water line for our refrigerator installed and they did a great job doing that easily and efficiently.

One of their workers nearly ran over my kids on Myrtle Ave. at a lighted crosswalk. The driver was holding his phone at the top of the wheel and texting while trying to hold the wheel. His eyes were fixed on his phone and he didn't even see my kids or the flashing lights at the crosswalk. Such reckless actions on the road make me concerned for how they go about repairs. read more

The service was fast and good and with a cheerful attitude. Great to know who to call for plumbing work in Humboldt County---

They were great. Our hot water heater died over Thanksgiving weekend. We live in Freshwater. They came out the day after I called because they had another call out our way. The next morning we had a new hot water heater installed. They wore masks from the first contact. It was so quick and professional. I will definitely use them again when needed. read more

Less than zero. Poor management practices, taking on more work than they can actually do, rushing through the job, sloppy work, horrible communication skills. Poor carpentry skills, poor plumbing skills, inappropriate talk about his "wiener" and bragging about his wife being 20 years younger. No show was the last straw after waiting 2 months to have a 1 day job finished. So many issues that I finally fired them and went with the company that helped me identify and suggest corrections to the work they did that failed on every level. Don't hire them, they will not get back to you within any reasonable time even if the work they did is leaking profusely. I experienced what can only be described as a shit show of poor communication between the office and the workers and the customer. read more
