We had the city of eureka turn our water off today due to a leak that happened to be on our side- so our responsibility to fix. It was 4:15 ish in the afternoon and every plumber and company we called we got a machine or a secretary saying they'd call us back. No one would come the same day to fix it so we could have water. Amazing company. They have worked for me numerous times. Always went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. I had a leak that happened in the kitchen. I called them and they came out and repaired the leak. I called them back because I was afraid it might be leaking again. They came out at no charge because it was "under warranty" and located the leak. It ended up being from my kitchen faucet which was old and not from my sinks drains they installed. Fitz it Right took over work from another plumber who ghosted us after breaking every project he undertook. First the toilet needed new tank bolts and insides, not a new wax ring. The first company broke the sink drain while badly installing the tub drain. Both had to be replaced by Fitz it Right. They also located (Redding, no less) picked up and installed a new tub faucet.
