Tim was friendly, professional, and put me at ease immediately. Of all the local contractors I received a quote from (several didn't even bother to return my call), not only was Mortimer the most reasonable for a new tankless water heater, but they did the job in less than a week, from the date of the quote. When the plumber who installed my heater was finished, he asked if I had anything else that needed looking at. I had a leak that I had attempted to fix several times, but always turned out to be temporary.
