When they didn't call, I called to be told they couldn't do an estimate unless they came back to run their camera down the line which had already been done by another company. The line needed to be replaced which had already been determined by the first company with the city inspector on-site. The other company didn't even charge me for the camera work as it was part of their free estimate!!

We had a cold spap weather this week and when I called four heating companies none could come out for service for three days more I reached California Heating at 4pm and they came out the next morning as promised and within twenty minutes diagnosed why my 40 year old Coleman furnace had stopped working. As it turned out my HOA had hired a plumber to replace my gas meter which meant they had to turn off the gas without telling me which meant there was no gas for the pilot light. California Heating cleaned the furnace relit the pilot light. The total charge was $135 the cost of a service call. Great job One of my best friends used them twice once for a complete new furnace for his home and another for a wall unit on a rental property.
