I didn't have the extra money at the time but I recently called Ken and after 3 phone calls, not being returned and not showing up when planned he finally showed up said he or one of his employees would do it the next morning after 9am. Well no one showed up so at around 10:45 I called (4th time) He said that didn't have the valve that he needed and was looking for one and that he would come by at the end of the day. Well guess what? I don't know what happened but he didn't show and I wasn't about to call again. So unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about his work as No work was done. 4 months ago I was impressed but now I'm disappointed. I even apologized for bothering him when I called the third time and when he did show up told him that if he was too busy right now for such a small job to let me know. We have also worked with Redwood Coast Plumbing several years ago when Axel connected the plumbing for a bathroom renovation including a new shower and jetted tub and we were happy with the results of everything working well. We had three rather simple things to take care of but neither of us in the house could handle that. The brothers showed up on time, were pleasant and very helpful. They took care of all three problems (dripping shower, toilet that needed handle held forever for it to flush and leak under a sink.) It took them about an hour, including a trip for parts. Their charge was extremely reasonable. After posting on Facebook about how pleased we were, several friends commented that they also use the Plumber Man and recommend to their friends.
