I didn't have the extra money at the time but I recently called Ken and after 3 phone calls, not being returned and not showing up when planned he finally showed up said he or one of his employees would do it the next morning after 9am. Well no one showed up so at around 10:45 I called (4th time) He said that didn't have the valve that he needed and was looking for one and that he would come by at the end of the day. Well guess what? I don't know what happened but he didn't show and I wasn't about to call again. So unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about his work as No work was done. 4 months ago I was impressed but now I'm disappointed. I even apologized for bothering him when I called the third time and when he did show up told him that if he was too busy right now for such a small job to let me know.
