I needed a commode set, and was enticed by "Straight Flush" in that they are rated TOP on Angies List. Jeremiah was efficient, took the time to explain the process, even called the mfg'r helpline to verify that we had compatible parts, and knew what he was doing. Without hesitation, I would recommend Straight Flush Plumbing to any of you who might ask. read more

Came out same day very late at night and fixed a leak in the main waterline to the house... super far price, helpful and professional! Thanks, Nathan (landlord) read more

Five stars isn't enough for Straight Flush Plumbing. I had multiple plumbing issues hit at once -- a hot water heater problem and two separate leaks -- and Straight Flush Plumbing absolutely saved the day. They managed to fit me in between two other emergency calls, showed up exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work. Professional, fast, and completely unflappable. They explained everything clearly, fixed every issue, and did it with genuinely great attitudes. One of the plumbers even had to crawl through mud under the house, and he was still kind, upbeat, and determined to get it done right. Reliable, skilled, and just good people. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and would recommend Straight Flush Plumbing without hesitation. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Jeremiah accomplished in 10 minutes what two other plumbing companies couldn't accomplish in a whole week and got me a replacement water heater under my warranty. He made one phone call and had it taken care of. He came highly recommended, and I have first-hand experience as to why. Super nice guy and very competent! He talked me out of a bad decision I was about to make and suggested a better option. He had a replacement water heater delivered to my house the morning after I first contacted him, and he put aside other work to install it the same day. I will be telling all my friends! read more

Jeremiah came over to my rental to solve a serious sewage drain problem...Two other plumbers had come over before him, declared the problem solved one, after the other, and both attempts failed, one at considerable expense - both acted like they had it handled, but no...Jeremiah was willing to wade into the nasty problem at the source of the blockage, and man, he had to jump back quickly before getting sprayed! Turned out, the tenants' kids had gone on the roof and dropped toys, cans, etc down the air vent. Once he removed that collection of junk, everything worked beautifully again...and charged me a fair price, considering I had already paid for a solution two times before him...Jeremiah is willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend his services and honesty! read more

Contacted several plumbers and Straight Flush was the only response. It wasn't an emergency, and we stated in touch until our schedules worked. I wanted a "tall" toilet installed. He seemed to understand the request. But when the toilet was installed, it was not a "tall" toilet. He said it was ADA compliant, but not a "tall" toilet. Basically we paid for something we didn't want. read more

We've had a toilet that had been running for quite awhile after being flushed. It was pretty obvious that the flush valve wasn't working any more. Not surprising because it was over ten years old. James came out, looked it over, left, came back with a new one and had it installed in no time. We will call Straight Flush Plumbing from now on when we have a plumbing problem. Highly recommended!! read more

Have an older home with older plumbing. Both bathroom and kitchen sinks clogged at the same time. Called SFP, Jeremiah called me right back. Came out Saturday evening, unclogged both in a quick and timely manner. Nice guy, very reasonable fee (this was 3 days before Christmas so I was expecting a much larger one). He quoted a charge before he started and did not deviate from that. Will definitely use his services again if needed! read more

James from Straight Flush Plumbing came out immediately after my call to Straight Flush Plumbing. He was efficient, kind, courteous and went above and beyond to repair a plumbing problem. I will definitely call again if I have any plumbing issues. Price for the service totally fair. I highly recommend James and Straight Flush Plumbing. read more

I was very excited that Straight Flush was able to come out the same day and fix my plumbing problem. James, an employee, was very professional and so affable. In no time at all he had the problem solved. He was very courteous and pleasant. And I now have running water in my faucet that I can turn off. Makes me remember to feel grateful for my easy access to water. Namaste' read more

Jeremiah came the same day I called and was able to get my oven installed. He was very fast, extremely professional and a nice guy. He checked everything twice and even helped me move the old stove out. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs. The new stove looks awesome. read more

Used Straight Flush Plumbing this past week. The job was done in a timely manner and it was done right! Very friendly service. They will be my go to from now on. They did ask for a check at time of service. So am not sure if they take credit cards. read more

If I could make minus stars I would. I have contacted this business at least 4 times, by voicemail, emails and Yelp messaging. This has been over a period of two and a half months. I have had one message returned and was told I would be hearing from them in a short time. I will be looking elsewhere for plumbing services. read more

Just worked with Jeremiah to evaluate a potential shower remodel. He went above and beyond and really helped the client. Honest guy, great skills. I design kitchen and bath projects for a living and I would heartily recommend him. read more

This guy & his crew does a great job. Hired them for an entire plumbing upgrade & tankless water heater installation. Their price was honest & their work was quality. Will call them first for the work I need done. read more

Hands down the best contractor of any type that I've ever hired. Jeremiah knows what he's doing, does it well, is efficient and always fair. I have hired him for numerous projects now and he continues to impress with his reliability, willingness to stand by his work and thoroughness, always goes above and beyond, at a price that beats, by far, any other contractors. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs. read more

I had a great experience. I thought I knew the problem and it ended up taking longer. They didn't charge any extra than what was quoted. They made an effort to come out soon and answered when I called. Good customer service. read more

Jeremiah and his assistant were very conscientious and efficient. They replaced 40+ year old pipes for our shower in our vacation home in Eureka. They were very professional and I would use them again! read more

Straight Flush Plumbing is as good as it gets! I discovered a rapid leak under my kitchen sink right at closing time. I figured I'd be very lucky to get my call answered, but Jeremiah picked up my phone call right away. But could someone come out right away? YOU BETCHA! He came out, fixed the leak and fixed the drippy facet. This had to have been a drag for him, because he had already put in a long day. I appreciated this service so much! His bill was very very reasonable too. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated plumber in Humboldt County. Jeremiah really adds to the Happiness factor of living here! I will definitely be calling him for all future plumbing projects! read more

OMG! Jeremiah was outstanding. I had a clogged bathtub. I'd been babying it along for awhile and it finally totally clogged up. I called several others first. They were either backed up (no pun intended) until the end of the month, or didn't pickup the phone. Jeremiah asked me a few questions and told me it was an easy fix. He the apologized and told me he had an hour minimum charge. The charge was way below other quotes. I told him ok. He worked around my schedule. He called before he came over, and arrived on time. It appeared indeed to be an easy fix (for a professional). He spent the rest of the time fixing a drain on my bathroom sink. Then checked out the rest of my drains and water heater for leaks. He then, to top it off gave me some biological drain cleaner. All for the original quote. This businessman is amazing! I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a competent plumber, with a straight forward, honest attitude toward his customers. I'll go so far as to say he's the only one I'll call from here on out! read more

Would highly recommend this service! Requested a bid on an on demand water heater and asked Jeremiah to also install a bathroom sink fixture, change angle stops under the sink and change out a shower head. The bid on the water heater was slightly less in the end, and that amount covered the cost almost entirely of the other work. Jeremiah was respectful, explained my options where the water heater was concerned. He worked diligently the whole time he was on the job, never complained throughout some very difficult and unpleasant situations to deal with in my older home. I am so happy with all of the work that Straight Flush did for me and feel very lucky that I was able to find this young man for my project. read more

Straight Flush Plumbing to the rescue. We had a toilet that would overfill from time to time. I gave them a call to fix the problem. They tried for what seemed like hours, they finally had to remove the toilet to discover the problem. They were great to work with and the bill was very affordable, especially since it took a lot longer than expected. I can highly recommend them. They were friendly and professional from the initial phone contact to the completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased. read more
