First- his price is ridiculously cheap compared to the other bids we got. Second, he is amazingly prompt and responsible about his every interaction, from scheduling work, to showing up for work, to completing work. He is on point, on time, and on the money. Impressively, he is well prepared and organized. He has an incredible work ethic and does good, thorough, tidy, work. I got to see his truck and I'll say that as a trades person myself, I judge work people by the condition of their tools & equipment. Sam gets an A+ in all areas. He's also a very nice guy. You will be glad to work with him. I just wish he did plumbing, carpentry and landscaping so we could hire him for everything around here!

Every driver, installation and repair person I've dealt with has been personable and professional, the kind of service you get from a small-town outfit that still feels like a local business. I've just had a new propane range installed, and Thomas Gamble did a terrific job. He rescheduled the job with no hassle when the original date didn't work out. He was helpful and friendly and clearly knew his job. He devised a way to extend my gas line that was much quicker and simpler than I had anticipated. I've had the same experience with drivers Butch and now Maurine and others in the company I've dealt with. This company and their employees are genuinely into service, a thing that seems more rare today than it used to.

Daniel is a hero in our house. He made a special trip to look at our generator on his way home…read moretonight, and discovered the issue. He methodically went from component to component, verifying each one before moving on - yes it needs a new carburetor, but he got it started. When we get the carb in, he will install and away we go. Until then we will run on propane as he recommended. Thank you to Daniel for going out of your way tonight to help me. We got the carb in, and called Daniel back. he came last evening on his way home again, and discovered the carb was slightly wrong, but made it work anyway. He then worked on the propane (it's dual fuel) to see why that wouldn't run - this was not part of the request, but he didn't want to leave it not fully functional. He fixed that too. I was short on funds and he was gracious to wait until I could come up with it (we are current now). I mentioned we had a different issue with some fuel - and he asked if I wanted him to look at it - well, duh, so he opened the petcock and it had a lot of water in the tank - so he gave suggestions how to go about getting the water out then how to treat the fuel still in the tank. I appreciate Daniel going beyond to help. In the few interactions I've had, he is quite responsible and cares for the people who hire him. I have another generator that he will also look at, but I was more neglectful with it. But that's my responsibility. I hope he can work magic anyway, but if he can't, at least this other genny is running very well. I highly recommend him.

I had interviewed two other installers but the ease of communication, high quality product and timeline of install offered by Green Wired sealed the deal. Then I had to regroup due to money matters and postponed for a year - they were very patient and understanding. A month ago Green Wired informed me I'd have to pay another building permit fee($460) if I postponed past December 9th. I was able to get my money figured out and they were able to fit me into their schedule. The infrastructure for the panels took a full day for installation and then the team came back to install the panels, microinverters and Combiner. The quiet, efficient and thorough job the team did allowed me to have a stress free day. I tipped each member of the team, as I realized it was them that make good on the promises of the company. I cannot recommend Green Wired enough if anyone is interested in installing solar on their home. Everything they said they'd do they did; professionally , quickly and well. Allen- the Project Manager made the entire process easy, worry free and fast. Thanks to a great team at Green Wired!
