About 3 weeks ago, we had a call to tow a small storage shed to Burnt Ranch. Our truck loss coolant as we were going over the pass and we continued to refill it and drive on, trying to deliver the shed. About 15 miles before the delivery address, we lost everything! It was like the radiator had blown, fluid everywhere, then just shut down! I called Roxanne at Trinity Diesel and she was amazing! She talked to her mechanic and other shop people and phoned me right back with the needed information so we could make the decision as to where to take it for the repairs. She did this without even seeing our truck! She was spot on with everything from pricing to time needed for repairs. She was honest and so caring with every detail in every conversation I had with her! When we went into pick it up, we were welcomed with open arms! It was like family! Everyone we encountered from the counter guys to the mechanics was friendly and spoke to us! When it was all done and totalled up, the final bill was around $2,300 less than what was originally thought to be!! You just don't find this kind of caring, honest and friendly folks these days. I called "An Electrician" based on a recommendation from my next door neighbor…read more I asked them for a quote on my upgrade from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service. My old 1968 electrical panel had some connectors that had been damaged over the years and there was no room for adding additional circuits. I had sent pictures of my old panel / service and a few days later Chris came out and took a look at it in person. Soon after, I was given the written quote. I felt it was a fair price, I signed the quote, and he came out and did the work less than two weeks later. He did an extremely neat / clean installation. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of the existing wiring was up to code. In a few cases he pulled new romex to replace some sections of cable that did not have a ground wire. The work looked professional and he even caulked around the box to be sure everything was water-tight. He coordinated well with the city inspector and PG&E because of the working relationships he has developed over the years.
