I chose to go through Rainbow Body Shop because it was recommended to me by another place that I usually go for my maintenance, Antich Automotive. Once I began my insurance claim and I started talking to Clayton I felt like I was finally being listened to. Being a young woman, not many auto mechanic places take me seriously, like I don't know what I'm talking about. Clayton was very helpful, he communicated with me well and he talked with me for a while about my options as far as parts go. I feel like this is a trustworthy shop, there weren't any hiccups in my repair. They held to their quote (once it was adjusted and approved by the other woman's insurance), and I wasn't hit with any surprise fees or charges. This shop also does an amazing job at being time efficient and working with your insurance company. This was my first accident and I was so lucky to have found an honest and friendly shop that would take the time to listen to me and help me with all of the clerical work. They handled a lot of the communicating back and forth to not only my insurance company but also the other woman's insurance company to make sure that I was taken care of. This is a place that I would definitely recommend to other people who need a repair of this kind. I should've posted this review sooner, but I just remembered when I recommended them to a customer of mine who had someone dent their car in the middle of the night.
