I was very concerned about getting a lemon or taken advantage of, but I needed a reliable car. I received wonderful service at Harper Motors even though I was purchasing a used vehicle. The staff were patient, informative and I never felt pressured to close a quick deal. I was very happy with my selection of a 2022 Toyota Corolla. The vehicle had been in a minor accident and the Carfax was provided. After several months, the repair from the accident did not hold properly. I felt sick thinking I was stuck with a $2,000.00 fix (quoted by a local repair shop). I didn't know how Harper Motors would respond but I thought it was worth contacting them before getting the repair done. They were incredible. They set up the work with a repair shop they use and the issue was resolved free of charge for me. I am so impressed with their willingness to back their product. I only got one key with the car and was very concerned about losing it. I paid the $300.00 plus price and ordered a key/fob through Toyota. The day I had the car repaired, I also had an appointment to get my new key programmed. While at Toyota, they asked if I also wanted a complimentary inspection of the car. I agreed and they discovered that the high beam on the passenger side was not working. This is where the impact from the accident had been. I stopped by Harper Motors to see if they would deal with the light issue. Again, I was shocked. The manager was immediately involved and said that it was a serious safety issue for me. They talked to their service department and found that it wasn't a simple fix, such as a bulb replacement. The whole light fixture had to be replaced. I felt that sick feeling again that they might say it was on me to get it fixed. That was not the case. They ordered the light, had me schedule with their repair shop to get the light installed. The bumper that was just fixed from the Carfax accident had to be removed. They were not irritated at all. The car is in great condition and I am very thankful for the professionalism of the Harper Motors staff. Note: It appears that the initial repair work on the car was not done by Harper Motors, but they made it good.

Unfortunately, my experience at this dealership left a negative impression. I visited to negotiate…read morethe price of a vehicle, and while the salesperson "Joey" was speaking with his manager, I overheard the manager say, "Good luck dealing with his hard ass"--loud enough for others in the dealership to hear. Regardless of the circumstances, speaking negatively about a customer in front of others is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. Buying a car is already a challenging process, and customers should feel respected throughout the experience. When I presented legitimate comparable vehicles to support my negotiation, my concerns were dismissed with suggestions that the vehicles might have different specifications, despite the similarities being clear. It felt more like an attempt to avoid a fair discussion than to provide transparent information. My salesperson, Joey, seemed hardworking and polite Overall, the experience lacked the professionalism and customer service I expect when making a significant purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I wanted a Kubota. The "local" Kubota dealer (40 mi away) was my 1st stop. I gave them my parameters and my budget. Over 2 months they gave me quotes that were too high and not close to what I wanted. They weren't truthful with me and tried to only sell me what THEY had in their stock. I was driving north on Inst 5 with my wife, discussing my frustration when she said, "... well, are they the only Kubota dealer?" On a whim, she Googled Kubota dealers near me. Up popped Nor Cal Tractor Sales ... (these guys are all part of the same company) ... in Redding CA and they were 10 mi ahead and right off the highway. We walked in, dressed for "Lake Time" and their sales rep (Kris B) was immediately accommodating. I told him my saga and what I had been looking for. Model numbers etc. That's where I learned I'd been misdirected. Kris pointed out the models I was asking about were older and no longer available. They didn't even have them in their rental fleet any longer. Then he showed me the new model ... the one the other guy told was so new they couldn't even get one for 6 mos. ... he had 4 of them. I had given him my budget already, remember? He came in $4k under!!! Then ... cherry on top ... he delivered it for $200!!!

I can buy and tow a gooseneck trailer without this A license. They're open a 1/2 day on Sat and closed Sunday, not a smart move if you're in the rental business. Ironbull is overkill for most towing, their trailers are nearly double the weight of most adding unnecessary wear and tear to your vehicle. they're also undersized (width/length) without a winch.
