This shop has been a savior for me and my little Honda. They're always super friendly on the phone, very welcoming when coming to their shop, and give honest recommendations. They would stand behind their warranty if needed (although their work has not yet needed to be redone). I would recommend them through and through! Thank you for your help this last time with my trunk! read more

They immediately gave an estimate, taking pictures and helping me with my insurance company. They did the work on time. And they even detailed my car. I have been going to them since teenagers. read more

This is the third time I've asked this shop for help. I had a piece of trim torn off my car in the car wash. I stopped at Myrtletown Body Shop and spoke with Todd. He took my car right then, into the shop and replaced some fasteners, so it's as good as new. No appointment, just 15 minutes and it's fixed. Free of charge. I feel that the people who work here are caring and honest. I will never go to any other shop. read more

No one else in the area was willing to work on my Tesla and they did a great job on it. Not only did they do the work requested perfectly and on time, but they also touched up some other areas that weren't originally in the estimate at no extra charge. They even did a mini-detail on the car so it felt like new when I got it back. Nice people in the shop and office. No complaints! Only praise! read more

I lost an expensive diamond ring with sentimental value in my car. I asked them to take my seats out and look for me since I had exhausted all efforts to find it. I left my keys in the drop box Sunday night, by Monday at 9 am they had found my ring making them the most trustworthy business I can think of. I was extremely grateful for not only the ring back but being able to trust them with it! read more

I was in an accident just before Christmas and I decided to take my car to Myrtletown to have it repaired. The damage of the car was over $8,500 and it was there for a bit because of the holidays and COVID, but it was SO worth it! I picked it up today and I am beyond happy. Everything looks great, everyone there is super friendly and responsive, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Bonus- my car was a mess due to things flying around in the accident, and they cleaned it spotless. Seriously, went above and beyond! If you have any hesitations then lose them. This place is the BEST! read more

It's always nerve wracking to take your car in somewhere new, and I've some pretty unfavorable outcomes with other shops in this area. Myrtletown was responsive, quick, honest, and affordable. They've made a customer for life. Thank you Myrtletown for your amazing service! read more

My car was broken into and passenger side window was broken out. That happened on a Wednesday, called Thursday and had it fixed on Friday. They did a great job on fixing the window and detailing the whole inside... cleaning up all the broken glass. I'm from out of town and I know some places don't do that, but they did. I was very pleased and impressed with their service. The people there were really nice and easy to work with. If I lived here, I would definitely use them again and I do recommend them for their great work. Thank You!! read more

Our CRV was broken into and rear passenger window smashed. Todd and team did a A1 job getting us an estimate, ordering glass and completing insurance repairs within a couple days. With or without insurance, they were the right place to go. read more

Todd and his team did a fantastic job of working with me from long distance to get my daughter's car repaired after being rear-ended. She is new to the area as a college student, so it was great for me to be able to do almost everything needed to arrange for the repairs, which were done quickly at a very fair price to put her safely back on the road. Thank you!! A happy dad. read more

Unfortunately, our family has had far too frequent need of these folks. Fortunately, they are honest and skilled. From the friendly front desk person to the two brothers who run the place, we have always had a great experience. Sadly, a time or two they've had to quote us a costly estimate. But, more than once they've told us the expensive repairs we thought were needed were unnecessary. You are in good hands with these folks. read more

I am very pleased with the work done by Myrtletown Body Shop. They fixed my '85 which, frankly, I thought was going to be impossible given the damage it took and the scarcity of parts, but they did it and did it well. My car looks great. I was in an accident at a red light. Hit from behind and smashed into car in front of me. My insurance was wonderful. They suggested Myrtletowne Body. I had heard good things about them so went in. I am absolutely thrilled at the professional, respectful and efficient service from all the people there. They did an appropriate estimate and communicated with my insurance. My car was as good as new in a very short period. I can't thank them enough for walking me through this situation and giving me back my peace of mind. read more

I pulled the front bumper off my bmw on a parking stall stopper . I was looking at a 1000$ deductible to start a claim . Or 2800$ out of pocket . The bumper was hanging off and the fasteners all broke , but it wasn't really damaged . These guys said "$100 and we can get it back on nice and clean . I went to 3 other shops , and nobody suggested that . These guys are great . Honest service . And had it back to me in less than 24 hours . read more

My car is in the shop. I have to do the one thing that makes me feel like a mortified 16 year-old again: drive my dad's car around. Adding insult to injury, the window on the driver's side spontaneously pops out of its track. I roll the window down, and it makes a funny noise. I roll it back up, and suddenly the window has begun to protrude in a way that would put Jaw's shark fin to shame. I flee to the only body shop that I know, namely because they're in our 'hood and have a very prominent sign. I was not wrong to do so. The receptionist welcomed me in and laughed at the car, which was an understandable reaction. She, too, agreed, that it resembled a shark fin. The mechanic took a look and said "That's not right." It wasn't. He then proceeded to explain to me how window regulators worked, because these things are fascinating and I wanted to know. He was polite, friendly, and not at all condescending-- a problem for many of us women in automotive environments. He offered to take a look at it first thing the next morning, saying that it would take about a half an hour's labor. Their prices are reasonable, given that most people in Humboldt charge over $100/hour, typically. I brought the car back and they ended up spending about 40 minutes to diagnose the issue; apparently one of the regular arms was close to snapping off altogether. For once, I lost my faith slightly in Japanese steel. Since it wasn't my car, I grabbed a quote from them and told them I'd bring it to my father, the "real" owner of the car. When I went to pay for the labor cost for having found the problem, the mechanic told me not to worry about it. He even told me that I could probably buy a cheaper regulator from Napa or O'Reilly if I wanted to try and save a little on the part. I looked hard at him. This was an honest, trustworthy, and compassionate individual. This, my friends, is someone I would recommend to anyone for auto body work. Nice people. Good mechanics. Honest pricing. Myrtletown: for any car that thinks that it's a shark. read more

Okay, so here's what happened to me: The front bumper of my nissan versa became detached because I hit the accelerator on Drive instead of Reverse while parked ...because I'm that dumb. I was mortified when I saw the damage because I thought I had to buy a new bumper. SO then I went to McCrea Nissan/Subaru shop and they said all they could do would be to order a new bumper, OR the guy recommended trying Myrtletown Body Shop to see what they could do as an alternative to ordering a new one. I said what he heck it's worth a try! Sure enough, the man was able to look at it right away and told me it wasn't a big deal (what a relief) he got someone else to look at it and they said it would take about half an hour! I was so happy, but then I wondered about the price--his response was "nothing". I was like, REALLY?! Yes, they fixed that for free and I just thought I should write a review to compensate for the amazing customer service they've got there. They're super friendly, their office is neat and needless to say I will be going back to them in the event that something bigger happens to my car. This totally made my day. So thanks guys! read more

They did a great job on my car. I hit a deer that jumped out in front of me on the freeway and took the car to this place to get it fixed. I just got the car back today. Not only did they do a great job on the damage caused by the deer, the car was show room clean. When I brought it in it was filthy. Had an accident with my new 2021 SUV. I was very upset. I got an estimate from their estimator, Todd, and shortly thereafter my insurance co. sent them a check. I took my car in on a Monday. I asked Todd when he thought it would be done. He said that coming Friday. I got a ride over to pick it up on Friday, and the car was finished. Not only that, but the inside and outside had been washed and cleaned. But not only was Myrtletown timely, they are very pleasant to deal with - think friendly. The car looked like it had never been damage. I can't put into words how satisfied I am. E Kopald, Eureka read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been over a month since I needed a window and trim piece replaced. First time in, window is replaced, trim wasn't ordered. Window repair was sloppy, extra silicone everywhere. Second time in, the wrong trim piece was ordered. Third time in (after 3 weeks of not getting a call that my part was in) I was told it would take 20 minutes so I went out for an hour and a half. My car had not been touched in that time. At no point was an apology given, and I have not at any point felt like a valued customer. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. Poor work quality, poor customer service. read more

I had this shop work on my Lexus ls460. Horrid job. My front bumper was damaged along with a few things because of an accident and this shop can't even manage to get the bumper to stay properly. They literally had a clip that attached the top of the grill to the main car and it was completely missing...The whole damn bumper fell off before a year after they serviced it and I had to go through Geico AGAIN to have them properly take care of the damages since this shop doesn't know what they are doing but will claim they can do it, just to make a quick buck and fool you by cleaning you car very nicely. My vehicles headlamps have something called an "AFS system" stand for Adaptive Front Lighting, I had to actually write it out cause these idiots didn't know what that even was. When I mentioned how that was broken on my vehicle due to the accident, they had the audacity to tell me, after claiming they had fixed the problem, " hey you can actually drive with the AFS bottom off so the system lights won't come on..." trying to hide the fact they couldn't fix the problem. They couldn't just be honest and tell me they couldn't do it but instead lied they had it fixed and I had to bring the vehicle into the shop like 2-3 times AFTER it was supposedly finished and they failed to solve the problem. I also waited over a month for them to epically fail and not provide a damn service but to wash my car. To top it off, I got my vehicle back, they adjusted my headlights so wrong that the high beams were aimed at the top of the tree line and the headlights aimed so low you couldn't see a anything standing 10 feet ahead. They couldn't do anything right with my car except cleaning it. This company might as well change its business name to "Myrtletown auto wash" This place is a joke, I know it's hard to find a cheap good auto place in Humboldt county let alone Arcata/Eureka but this place sure isn't the place. It should be a car wash. read more

Friendly, fair and not scammers. Very honest, good trustworthy professional service. The only bodyshop I'd use in the County. These guys are SO HELPFUL. I came in late on a Thursday and had them look at a sad little dent on the back of my vehicle, causing the trunk to not fit into place correctly without being manually locked. They quoted me what it would be to fix the issue and were understanding when I couldn't afford the process of getting a new part right away. They told me to come back the next day and they would realign my trunk panel where it had been hit, for free! I now have a fully functional trunk, once again, thanks to these lovely folks! They had it done in less that 20 minutes BEST auto place in Humboldt!! Great customer service!! I will definitely be coming back here for future work on my vehicles. read more
