THIS is the place to go if you need your car fixed, and I'm so glad I did. They worked seamlessly with my insurance, communicated well throughout the time they had my car, and the work was even completed early. They are super helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the assessor, to the people doing the fixing. The shop itself is clean, the waiting area has good coffee, and the whole place looks rad in general and is covered in art and awesome details. Quality even got me in and out of a rental car, and when I picked my car up it looked *flawless*. All work was done with precision and care, and the paint matching was on point. QBW was recommended by our insurance company, and by a local AAA driver. QBW personnel were friendly, sympathetic, and knowledgeable all the way. They kept us in the loop with frequent updates about cost estimates and they handled all communications with our insurance company. We also took the opportunity to have them install 4 new tires with alignment, etc. The results all around were fantastic. The car drives like new and it looks like new. In particular, the paint matching on new parts is absolutely top-notch. It's completely indistinguishable from the original factory paint job. These guys are SHADYYYYYy. They will quote you INSANE money to do tiny little repairs and they don't know what they are talking about . I had a problem with my tailgate and they told me it would be 250 dollars just to LOOK at it. Then they said it would probably be over 1000 to fix just to start with. The manager didn't even come out to look at it. He told his guy to take pictures of it and he would get back to me. Super rude service. It used to be so much better when the old manager worked there, now you can't trust ANYThIng these guys say. They WILL try to rip you off . Not maybe. For SURE. I took it over to the other body shop down the street rosewood and they came right out and looked at it, it was a super easy fix, they literally fixed it in 5 minutes. Very very reasonable pricing too. No where near what these guys were trying to swindle me for. It used to be a hometown body shop you could trust. Now it's just a shady money making scam business that only cares about dollar signs, not local people. Do NOT go here. These guys are awesome. The staff is incredibly kind and communicative. Had a minor bumper accident that they fixed but on top of that they noticed the paint peeling and metal rusting on the side of my car from a repair job done before I owned the vehicle. Moisture had gotten into the repair unknowingly and commonly. Turns out it was their work so they let me know and they fixed it free of charge. I was astonished by their honesty as I wouldn't have known what the damage was from or that it had been their work.
