I brought a used truck not long ago and when I was putting the new plates on when I realized it had bumper damage. The damage was hardly noticeable but it caused the tailgate to rub on the trim surrounding the top of the bumper when opening and closing. Previous owner must've bumped something at idle speed. These guys serviced my bumper for just $200 and made it brand new again with zero rub/issues. They even went out of their way to fit me into their extremely busy schedule to make it happen. Such talent and customer service at a great price!! I've had two important things fixed here... 1. What I thought was a totaled rear bumper 2. My lawn fixture, Frogowitz ;) My bumper was the victim of a hit and run in a parking garage with no cameras. I was convinced it was totaled, but Mr. Peterson was not only able to save my bumper but make it look better than before it was damaged! He saved me the money of having to buy a new bumper and did it in such a timely manner! 2. Frogowitz was badly damaged from a stray ball thrown by the neighbor kids. :( I was so sad and couldn't find any potters that were able to fix him. I asked Mr. Peterson if he would be able to rescue him and come to the rescue he did! He completely restored his arms that were left as a gaping hole and matched the color perfectly! I wish I could rate different aspects instead of removing stars altogether. My car was hit on March 13th. The other person's insurance accepted full responsibility and I contacted Peterson's Collision to get it repaired. They said they needed to order a new door, and it would take about a week to replace. That was fine. I was a little frustrated that they couldn't get it in until April 4th, but it wasn't a big deal. We took it in on April 4th and picked up our rental car. The week went by, and on Friday we picked it up. I was pretty psyched because they had washed my car and even cleaned the footwell on the driver's side (there was stuff in the other ones, I have a messy car pretty much all the time). I was really glad to have my car back, and I'm really impressed with the new door. It took me by surprise when I realized none of my programmed radio stations were saved anymore, but then I remembered they probably had to disconnect the battery in order to hook up the wires for the new door. However, once I reprogrammed all my stations, NONE OF THEM WORKED. No matter what station it's on, all I get is static. I don't know what they did, but my radio is useless. I'm stuck listening to the same five CDs I've had in my car for over a year now. read more
