Professional, great communication, and extremely detail oriented. Had some water damage, flooding on the interior in our daughter's car and Curtis knocked it out of the park. Restored everything to "like new" within 24 hours. Will definitely use for all future auto detail servicing. read more

I had the interior of my Honda HRV detailed at West Coast. I chose them based on good reviews and wasn't disappointed. I had my doubts about whether they'd be able to get the stains out of the passenger seat because it had been tried before with mediocre results. But after hearing my grandniece call the seat gross, I knew I had to try again. Anyway, the seat looks great now. Like new! And the rest of the interior is spotless. Also, Curtis was kind enough to drive me home and pick me back up on a very rainy day when no Ubers were available. read more

Look no further than West Coast Auto Detailing to get your vehicle shined up by a professional. Kurtis is business-like, excellent at what he does and a gentleman as well. As a woman seeking any type of work on my vehicle, I always trust my instincts regarding my choices, and I do not for one moment have a negative thing to say about the job done for me or the entire transaction. Took a while to get an appointment, certainly because of his reputation and the spring-like weather motivating people to get their ride cleaned up! Go for it... Cindy read more

I brought in a 12 year old Camry in that looked 12 years old. When I got it back, the interior looked like a brand new car. Amazing. Every nook and cranny. Incredible work. The outside looked spectacular also. He touched up the paint chips, cleaned up a couple of dents, polished the headlights, etc. I have never had a car detailed before, but I am so happy with the work that Kurtis did for me. Very Highly recommended. read more

I am so grateful for this business. One of my kids projectile vomited in my car 2 days before we were leaving town for a road trip. Despite my best efforts to clean it up, the smell was horrifying. West Coast Auto Detailing got me in the next day and did a thorough job of cleaning the area and did a quick detail on the rest of the interior. Not a hint of vomit smell left! My car looks great! Thank you so much!!! read more

Expensive. The used a dashboard cleaning solvent on the air vents that discolored the plastic and left white patterns that look like liquid wax residue. The air/fan/ac rheostat was working when the car was dropped off but was dead when I picked it up. Was it shorted out by some kind of cleaning solvent getting sprayed in it? I regret having the car done. read more

Curtis did a great job detailing me car. I could be happier. They are reasonably priced, easy to communicate with by phone and text, and very transparent about their process and the work. He cleaned my seats and carpets exceptionally well. He even dealt with a mouse problem in my car that I was worried about. I would recommend them to anyone for auto detailing. read more

Excellent service :) I came to get help after spilling 3 gallons of water in my car which was starting to smell moldy. Curtis helped me right away to clean and remove moisture from the flooring. He gave me advice on how to dry it out and even offered to store the foam and frame of the car while I let it air out for a week. Super friendly and quick! Thanks read more

Had my car completely detailed and it looks amazing. Looks and smells brand new. I bought the detail package at Costco at a killer price and it was worth every penny! Highly recommended! read more

Yesterday we dropped off our just-purchased Cadillac SUV. The previous owners were great people, but their 3 small kids had really left their mark on the interior - - and the exterior had layers of road grime from several interstate treks. This morning we picked up the car and it looks fantastic inside and out! Now it feels like a new car. Couldn't be happier with their service. read more

These guys will clean you out alright! Starting with all your change and phone chargers!! They also broke off my volume knob for my CD player, no idea where that is either. They'll keep your car for 6-8 hours and then charge you 200 - 300$ after it all!!! DO NOT LET THESE THIEVES IN YOUR CAR!!! read more

Entrusted my red Tesla Model S with them for detailing. Tyler and Curtis did a fabulous job. We discussed what was to be done a few days before I dropped it off, and they accomplished everything promised. They fixed some scratches on the wheel rims, and a couple of rock chips. Besides going over it thoroughly, they did a really good job with the polishing and sealing. The red finish shines brightly! read more

I had the interior cleaned today and it looks and smells amazing! I had bought the car used and it had some nasty stains on the seats and the carpets were bad. They made it look brand new. The service was fantastic. Everyone was nice. They were able to get rid of the smell which I thought would never go away. I definately recommend them. read more
