I put a new motor in my 27 year old Toyota truck after it sat in the forest for 7 years. Mice and squirrels had nested in the dashboard and the interior was moldy and stunk of urine. Junior and his brother Saul are true miracle workers! They made such a transformation that the truck was unrecognizable inside. Junior could have made me feel bad for bring in such a gross old project, but instead he took on the challenge and exceeded my expectation. Be prepared for the fact that the service can be rather expensive, but simply worth every penny! My sweetheart got my van detailed at Junior's when I was out of town. AMAZING!!!! They made this 30 year old van look like it just came off the showroom floor. I am absolutely baffled at how they accomplished this. Every nook and cranny, no detail left undone. Every last millimeter was taken care of, inside and out! I'm absolutely amazed at how well my 2005 Subaru was detailed by these guys. My car is almost 10 years old and has never been detailed, it literally looks brand new now. I have 2 small kids and my car was so stained and filthy that I expected many of the stains wouldn't come out; they literally removed every single stain out of the seats and floors. The dash and hatchback were spotless too. Way beyond my expectations! Junior stayed late by 2.5 hours to finish the job because it was such a mess. I took my car by Juniors to get a quote for spot clean. I spilled milk between the passenger seat and door and it got stinky :( Junior quoted me a very low price to have that specific area cleaned and was able to clean it right away. I told him I'd be back in the next couple months for a full interior detail....and he ended up not charging me for the spot clean! How nice! It worked well and I'm looking forward to the full detail. My backseat is full of dog slobber and hair, and needs to be ready for baby in September! read more

Terrible service had new cap put on they never tried locks . Keys did not match had to buy new locks myself . Also had them replace tailgate lock . They rebuilt wrong did not lock . I had to fix thet myself . They had couple days to fix .. when I called I was nice about it . Our son parked his car on the driveway while he traveled in New Zealand; two months later when we opened the car doors, we found the ultimate worst case of horrible mold and mildew imaginable. We thought we would have to scrap a $9000 vehichle. It was that bad and undriveable! We had it towed to Junior's Auto Detailing and the crew there did an incredible job of cleaning every surface - cushions, carpet, seat belts, every little tiny place in that whole car. Seat belts alone would have cost over $300 to replace. The folks at Juniors were courteous, efficient, fast and far exceeded our expectations what could be done to save our car! read more

When I called to make the appointment, an unfriendly, young-sounding female answered the phone. Junior's website and all advertising had the 5th St. address, and the person who answered the phone did not tell me that I needed to take my car to a different location. It was as if she couldn't be bothered with the call. When I arrived at the 5th St. location for my appointment, I was told I was in the wrong place but that they'd drive my car to the other location and do the detailing and that I should pick it up at that other location. Junior himself was there, and I mentioned the rude female who took my call. I picked my car up a few hours later in this barn-type structure at the location they told me to go to, and I tipped the guy who did the work $20. The next morning, I noticed a large scratch on my windshield. It is a perfectly curved scratch that would match buffing machines that they would use. The whole experience was weird and definitely unsatisfactory. I did not try to talk to them about it because, since I noticed the scratch the morning after my appointment, they could easily have claimed they didn't do it, that it happened somewhere else. But I still think they caused it because I only made one stop on the way home and then parked in a garage that night. Hope this review helps someone! read more

Have used them before and was satisfied. However, this time after they cleaned? the interior of my vehicle, i decided to run my fingers over the cup holder and other plastic interior parts. Mind you, it looked nice and clean and shiny, fm the stuff (armorall??) they coat it all with. My fingertips came up BROWN and gritty. I think they used the same dirty rag throughout, then swiped it w/ the shine product. But interior was dirty EVERYWHERE I ran my finger. YUCK!! Now I know I will always check it this way before leaving a detailing business's yard! read more
