Where do I start!? I dreamed of a pool for our little girls to grow up with, never thinking it would be a real possibility. I called around for 2-3 months, spoke with so many local Pool contractors, it came down to two very competitive quotes but what swayed my decision at first was what Trinity was including in their quote, higher quality pool build materials without trying to give me basic materials and then up-sell it later, for example basic concrete coping vs travertine/marble coping, basic white or dyed plaster vs stonescapes mini pebble, full phone automation, etc. I knew I was getting a better deal with Dave and Trinity Custom Pools, I just didnt know how great of a deal in terms of service, flexibility, communication and just pleasure to work with him and his team. My review is as fair and honest as I can be, no company is perfect but from start to finish Dave and his company Trinity Custom Pools has been amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone. I will highlight all the Pros and a few of the areas for improvement, feel free to ask me any questions as well. Pros: + Trinity Custom pools is a small family owned business, you get more attention to detail and direct communication from Dave the owner. + All his sub contractors are friendly and do great work, some of them go above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy with their work. + Pricing and materials used are much better then average pool builders + Davids Customer service is exceptional and always replies quickly + They did their best to hit their 3 month deadline, I believe they would have made it but due to the holidays it was missed, besides who needs a pool in the middle of winter, we were in no rush :) + Trinity custom pools does more remodels then new constructions, if you are lucky enough to get them to a new build for you, youll be super happy you did! Room for improvement: - Just wish some of the subcontractors would say hello and let you know they are here to work on the yard, they kinda just show up and most dont ever let you know they have arrived or are leaving. - Leonard is the first POC when quoting out the pool, he's a great guy and also very helpful, but there is a slight akward transition between him and Dave at a certain point in the project, so one is used to texting or calling Leonard and then at a certain point he directs you more towards asking Dave for changes or approvals, not a huge deal but just wasn't sure who did what for a bit. - Be onsite as much as possible, I work from home often so luckily was available to clarify small details about the project and go out to talk to the sub contractors when something didnt look right or make sense, but I would say just be on top of those details as Dave isn't onsite to baby-sit everything. - Plumber left knowing there was a minor leak on my gas meter, I was a little surprised by that, as the rest of his work seemed to be very detailed. - Choice for pool finish (mini pebble) wasn't very thorough, wish Dave would take his customers to a show room or take to a few different finished pools to view in person so we can make a more informed decision, luckily the tropics blue mini pebble that he pushed for is gorgeous and matches our pool colors perfectly, but still would be nice to make a more informed decision. Cons: None Please dont misunderstand my comments for the "areas that need improvement", I would still recommend them 100%, the pictures I attach speak for themselves. Keep in mind, they are a small business, so they can't take on every job and can't reply to every quote request, be patient with them and trust me its worth it! read more

I had lost all faith in any pool company, I got taken for so much and given the run around that I was ready to just cover up the pool after only 4 years!! But then God sent me an angel by the name of DAVE!! I had so many issues, I didn't even no where to start. Dave said to me at our first meeting, "Don't worry, I'm going to take care of you and get you up and running". Truer words had never been spoken. This man handled all of my issues and genuinely apologized for how I was treated by the pool industry. He didn't just come and collect money and hire out people to do the job...he was involved from day one and every step of the way. First let me say we met with several pool plastering companies and we felt we were getting the most honest deal from David at Trinity Custom Pools. I am totally impressed! David is amazing! He did a wonderful job on our plaster for our new pool. We chose to go with Midnight Blue pebble and it came out absolutely gorgeous! We were concerned with the darkness of the water and so David advised we add some blue quartz to the mix and he also threw in some abalone shells and blue glass jewels. David totally took care of everything we could need to begin enjoying our new pool. The pebble came out better than I could have ever imagined!!! He always took the time to answer ANY, and ALL of my questions, regardless of how naive they were. We had a full replaster and light replacement done that we are very happy with.
