We hired Trinity Custom Pools to re-plaster our pool and spa and change some of the outdated pool equipment on our newly purchased home. David came over and gave us a reasonable estimate. So we decided to go with them. Everything seemed fine from the beginning they talked a good game and promised many things which they ultimately did not deliver. Originally they mentioned the project would take two weeks to be completed it ended up taking over a month; they failed to meet many deadlines and just kept postponing the dates. After the pool was re-plastered and the equipment "so called installed" there were a couple of things that were left pending. It took over a month, many phone calls and texts later to get them to come back and finish it which they did not in its entirety. Included in the deal was for them to replace my pool lights, they did replace them but they failed to install a switch for my lights to turn off and on since they installed it to the same breaker as my pump every time my pump is running my lights have to be on! They promised once my pump went out they would come out and install the new one for free. So I purchased the new pump and gave them a call if they could come and install it. A week and a half went by and I never heard from them. So I decided to hire someone to come in and replace it since I had to have the water moving otherwise I'd start developing algae in my newly re-plastered pool. I had the company which I hired to replace my pump also install the switch for my lights which Trinity Custom Pools failed to do but also I had them evaluate the work of Trinity custom Pools and it turns out some of the work they did was not done to code. The gas line which goes into the heater was not done to code but to top it off it turns out they didn't even connect my heater to the electrical panel! I pretty much had to pay for the work which Trinity Custom Pools failed to do. They will promise a lot of things but wont deliver. From my experience they cut a lot of corners in order to maximize their profits. I would stay away from them but if someone does decide to do business with them I highly but I mean highly encourage you to hire a third party to evaluate their work before you give them a single cent. read more

I was also interested in a new rock water slide for the kids, which he was able to visualize and incorporate into my existing layout. The work progressed smoothly, on or ahead of schedule, with payments due upon completion of milestones at discrete phases of work. No advance payment was required. Any questions or concerns I had during the construction process were immediately answered and or fixed. In the end I am very happy with the color, the rock and the work done on my pool. The additions of the waterfall and slide really update the pools usability, and I would definitely recommend Trinity Pools to anyone looking to update, remodel, or build a new pool. read more

When we first met with Dave from Trinity Pools, He was on time, listen well to what we wanted to do with remodeling our pool. He offered great insight to the products and materials he uses and advised us on what works best to accomplish our pool remodel and with a ballpark bid. Trinity saved our pool. Those four words best encompass the spectacular job they did for us. We had a horrible experience with a person (W.A. doesn't even deserve to be called a company) that came and did an acid wash for us back in August of 2009. They almost destroyed our pool by using over 60 gallons of acid. We thought the pool was lost, so we drained it. Then came Dave and Renee with Trinity on March 19th, 2011. They did the impossible. Dave did a CORRECT acid wash, chlorine bath, filter cleanout, got the pump working again and cleaned 25 years worth of calcium off the tile. He even found replacement tile to fix some broken pieces and that tile has not been made since the late 70's. He taught us how to use our filter correctly, labeled everything and had the patience of a saint by showing us every little thing we needed to know to maintain our pool the right way. His price was about $600 cheaper than the other places I called, but the results and excellent customer service is worth much more than I paid. I am recommending them to everyone I know that has a pool or is thinking about getting a pool. We are customers for life. read more

Our 30+ year old pool was in desperate need of re-plastering and tile repair/cleaning. After calling and getting bids from 2 other companies we called Dave at Trinity Pools. The company responded quickly and Dave came out and gave us a great bid, well below the 2 other companies. I liked Dave right away and appreciated his honest and open approach to doing business. We decided to hold off on the repairs for several months. When we called Dave back (about 6 months later) he kept his word on the original quote. Renee kept us posted on dates and times workers would be showing up. The crews were always on time and professional, which is often not the case in the construction business. At the beginning of our project everything went very well but this company dropped the ball at the end. There is a stain on the plaster from the return line to the bottom of the pool and a problem with the paint on the coping. Though David said the company would come and touch up the paint on the coping that did not happen. In addition there are 3 spots where the paint is beginning to peel. read more
