I have been wearing glasses/contacts for about 20 years - which of course means yearly eye exams and contact fittings - and I can say without a doubt my experience with Triangle Visions has been the best I've had in all those years. I had only two days to get my eye exam and contact order in for the year so I could use my insurance allotment (totally my fault) and I literally called 10 places before this one and could not get an appointment for an exam. Until a coworker recommended Triangle Visions. I called and they got me in for an appointment an hour later. I was excited to find out that they don't do the puff of air in the eye, they had another much easier to deal with tool to measure that. They also take pictures of your eyes so you don't have them get dilated. The staff and Dr. Weyand were super nice and thorough. Dr. Weyand made an extra effort to save me some money on my exam and my contacts. Karen was super helpful with this also when it came to ordering my glasses and contacts. The contacts were shipped to my house at no extra cost which I thought was very cool. They also offer vision therapy, which I don't need but still think is awesome. I never thought I would have such a pleasant experience getting an eye exam, but I do know I'll be loyal to Triangle Visions from now on. read more

Worst eye care practice ever. They have gotten orders for my contact lenses and glasses wrong five times. Every time I call, no one answers and it goes to the "call center." Do NOT go here if you have eye issues or need a good eye doctor. read more

I was seeing Dr Guenst whom I like very much but she moved to Cary location. Then I went to see Dr. Brooks and she was ok. Then Triangle Optometry on Harps Mill, decided to closed its doors. The last time I had my eyes checked and got new glasses and they were expensive and i asked if they give me some glass cleaner and cloth and they said I had to buy them. I thought that was very cheap of them. Besides that the location on Six Forks only had 2 male doctors, I rather have a female doctor. And yes, your appointments are never on time - you wind up waiting 15-20 mins before you get to do the machine testing with techs. and then another 15 mins to see the doctor. read more

I had to wait an hour for the doctor to saunter into the exam room. He gave no apology or gave any indication that he regretted the inconvenience. read more

absolutely NO customer service!!! do not recommend this location to anyone. cannot get through to the front desk ever and never any help once you do read more

Very unprofessional. This is not a full service company. I waisted a trip hoping for basic contact lens and eyeglasses services. Proper interview was not conducted when making the appointment. I do not recommend this company. read more

Showed up 12 minutes late to an appointment due to traffic and Dr. Brooks (the woman) wouldn't take me. Had to reschedule. Poor business style. Does not care about the customer. Extremely disappointed. read more

I normally got to Triangle Vision Center in Cary on Kildaire. Love them! So Friday night when my daughter scratched my eye (again) I held out to wait to go there first thing Saturday morning. They were closed. So I went to the location on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh. They were just as wonderful! They even came out and opened the door for me (as I could not see). Super fast and friendly and I loved that I did not have to fill out paperwork since they already had everything in the system. So they told me I needed to go back Monday (today) for another visit and I could not go there or the one on Kildaire Rd so they got me in on the Ten Ten Road location. Darn it if they were not great, too! All 3 of these offices have been clean, offered refreshments, ON TIME (that is huge!), staff is wonderful and the doctors have been great. I would feel comfortable going to any of their locations. read more

I have since been back, multiple times, and they have certainly redeemed themselves. The service has been excellent, the doctor is gentle and patient. (Dr.Scarmuzzi?). They handled minor repairs quickly and efficiently. Kudos! read more

I have been into the office multiple times, mostly to look for sun glasses. They have always been so kind and welcoming. The staff is always helpful with options about frames. Love this location. read more

I can not say enough good stuff about this place. I have been a difficult customer changing my mind about the glasses I ordered and now having developed an astigmatism. They worked with me for weeks as I decided which contact brand worked best for my old, dry eyes! I highly recommend this place. I found this place because my former optometrist no longer carried my insurance. At the time it was a problem. Now it's a blessing! read more

I found Dr. Glupker via my husband. I'd been trying to get him in to the eye doctor for quite some time, as he was having vision problems, vicious headaches, and other issues, but being a typical guy, my husband did not want to go to the doctor. When he finally made the appointment, he came home a much happier man. And when he received his new glasses, he went around the house doing the happy dance for two weeks, yelling "I can see, I can see!" He also requested I get him vitamins that doc had recommended for his particular issues. Naturally I'd been trying to get my husband to take these vitamins for years but of course when the doctor told him, that made all the difference. If you're married, you'll understand what I mean. My husband was extremely happy with both Dr. Glupker and with Kate, whom he said really "knew her stuff". Fast forward a couple of months and my appointment was just as productive, and I'm just as thrilled with my new glasses and new prescription sunglasses. I have found a new "eye home" where I trust them to keep me on the right path with these aging eyes. With Dr. Glupker, Kate, and Triangle Visions, I expect my eyes to do well, my glasses to correct my vision, and to look kind of cute wearing the glasses, now that I feel I'm too old for contacts! I would like to sincerely thank Triangle Visions Optometry for going above and beyond in service and for ensuring only the finest product was delivered on time and as promised. After a terrible experience at See NC Eyecare, my family changed to Triangle Visions Optometry. What a world of difference! Triangle Visions has amazing optometrists, excellent customer service and an affordable variety of top quality frames to select from. Wonderful company with great staff; I highly recommend them! read more

Had been a patient of Dr. Hayes for years. When Contact Lens Institute changed to Triangle Visions we stayed. Since Dr. Hayes left (we were never notified) I went for my annual exam. New doctor spent maybe 7 minutes with me. Charged me extra for contact check and did nothing on the sheet I had to sign saying I would pay the extra 70 dollars. Will be looking for a new optometrist. read more

I was looking for new eye doctor and found this new place off of Creedmoor Rd/ hwy 50. The staff was very nice and helpful, strongly suggest it to friends and my Yelp family. read more

I can't believe the dis-service I received after all the positive experience so many had with this eyecare provider. After many months of research and asking for referrals, I made an appointment with Dr. Hayes at the Harps Mill location. Due to a personal issue, I needed to reschedule my appointment. Shortly after scheduling my appointment, I received a call letting me know that I couldn't have an appointment with Dr. Hayes because he wasn't accepting new patients. I tried to explain that when I made my appointment he was accepting new patients and that I only need to change the date of my appointment. All I got was sorry, we can't help you. I am in a state of disbelief. Time to find a new eye doctor. read more

Called after seeing excellent reviews and was able to get an appointment for the following day. All staff were friendly and Dr Mareno was great with my daughter. We did not feel rushed and the doctor took a genuine interest in our concerns. Would highly recommend and I plan to make an appointment for myself too. read more

After going to three other Eyecare centers in North Raleigh with much disappointment, I made an appointment at TVO. Dr. Marino, Ashley and Victoria were knowledgeable, courteous, and a breeze to work with. Their 30 day trail on your new glasses is a added bonus! read more

New to the area I called for a same day appointment. The office had friendly and accomodating staff. They took the time to make sure I got just the right pair of eyewear. The Optometrist was professional and knowledgeable, and, my glasses came back quicker than expected! Definitely a great experience. Triangle Vision is my new "go to". read more

I was not impressed with the service I got at this office. I had Miss Miller helped me. It was very slow in getting my glasses, due to errors from lab. When I finally got my new glasses I noticed I could not see clear with one eye. I took glasses back the next day and the front desk girl said my glasses were not made properly. Not accurate. Then I talked to Miss Miller and she said I was getting a cataract. A few weeks ago my eyes were great and now she tells me I am getting a cataract. She said try these glasses for few months and we will see what happens. Now I plan to spend more money with a new eye doctor. This office does not care if I see clear or not. I will find someone that cares. read more

Scheduled an appointment to try a new eye place and showed up to an office that was closed! When I called the number they said my appointment was at and office 30 minutes away. When I asked about it no matter what office you call they roll over to central location. Apparently them letting you know you are scheduled somewhere other than where you called is not important. Really angry that I drove across town on my day off for no reason. Now I will have to go through this again and try to find time to get my eyes checked. Only giving 1 star because it will not allow 0. read more

I took my 7 yr old there for Vision Therapy(for lazy eye/eye drifting outward) 1 hr, once a week, for a whole year because I wanted to give this a try before going with the ophthalmologist's advice of eye muscle surgery. Therapy is not covered by my insurance and waiting with my toddler there, with glasses reachable all over is a night mare. The eye doctor told me her eyes/brain will be 'taught' how to correct itself when drifting away and it may not make it disappear 100%. I also had to practice this with my child at home 1 hr a day. Did that religiously(7 yrs ago) and do not see her eyes drift since then. It was all so worth it. read more
