I paid a lot and tipped very well just for it to look like an amateur cut my hair. Don't come here. I regret coming here as I looked better with my dead ends. I could've cut my own hair better which I have. This was supposed to be a pick me up to make me feel beautiful now 2 days later I am in regret not feeling like how I should and wanted. I can't say enough about Treo Organic Salon and the owner Sarah! I love being in an organic salon with all my chemical sensitivities. There is never a headache, migraine or bad symptoms after a salon visit because the products are safe and delicious. There are no noxious fumes, simply lots of light and beautiful plants. But you do not have to sacrifice quality hair to be in a green salon. Sarah is the best stylist I have ever had. I tell her she must have a magic wand because her cuts are so easy to style. In fact, I went to bed with a wet head and woke up with gorgeous haif for an early day at the office. Her color ability is amazing, I am a dark brunette and do anything from all over color to cover my grey, to balayage to custom blonding and no matter the choice, I get all the compliments. Additionally, Sarah is a woman with a heart of gold, I am always listened to and cared for and I can now call her a friend. In Sarah's absence over our decade long relationship, I have gone to Kesha and Naomi for services and they are talented as well! Treo Organic Salon is the best in the city. Really. Hands down. I have been a loyal customer to Treo from the moment they opened (Sarah was my hairstylist before she opened the salon so I followed her there!) I know how important it is for women to have a consistent stylist they trust and love and I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and her wonderful team of stylists. The older I've gotten the more important it has been for me to find a salon that uses clean and ethically sourced products. Not only does Treo salon put the health of their customers hair first - but they are also sustainable and environmentally friendly. The salon is ALWAYS clean, and SO adorable. Okay, I have to give major credit to Sarah (owner). She's absolutely AMAZING!!! of all the stylist I've met and gone to she's the best! If you want someone who's attentive, never gives you false hope, honest so your not disappointed with the outcome and is experienced, then Sarah is your girl! It took several sessions to finally achieve the look I wanted and I absolutely love the results! Look for yourself! Both my husband and I see Jess at Treo Organic Salon. She specializes in razor cut styles like shags and "all-things-hip" when it comes to hair. She's so brilliant at what she does! I have had the pleasure of being Sarah's client for almost 20 years. She has always given me great haircuts. Things changed quite a bit due to the pandemic and it typically has taken a few months to get an appointment these days. She is so skilled at cutting my hair that even after 3 months it is very manageable and still looks great. The Salon is cool as well, and Sarah has done an excellent job of finding talented stylists to work there. Just read through all the great reviews of Sarah and her new Salon. Couldn't agree more with the all the comments. Great look and feel to the space which for me is so close I could walk there. Somehow Sarah has been able nourish my hair to silkiness I have never experienced. But her cut is what I come back for, she gradually took me to a newer look I love that falls in place effortlessly. A few people recommended this salon in the West Seattle Connection Facebook group and I had my first appointment there yesterday. The salon was clean, uncluttered and inviting. Elaina was great- she gave a very relaxing scalp massage while shampooing, was gentle while cutting and styling (even faced with the challenge of my tangled hair) and taught me how to work with my naturally wavy hair instead of having to straighten it. Just wanted to say that my daughter had a phenomenal experience at this salon. She's 10 and has extremely difficult curly hair, but Ke'sha did an excellent job cutting it and restoring her natural curls. Tia enjoyed her stylist's playfulness while receiving very professional hair services. I had a great haircut with Kesha! I have shoulder length hair that was completely out of control due to COVID, and she got it back in shape! Honestly one of the best haircuts I've ever had! I also felt super safe in Treo. 100% mask compliant with frequent hand washing and physical distancing. And she has the coolest clients (present company included). Never before going to Julie had I ever received so many compliments on my hair. Julie is an immensely talented hair stylist. I can't believe I once trusted my hair to those McHair salon franchises. This year will be my fifth year seeing Julie. I won't trust my hair to anyone else.
