I love my stylist Linda. All the hair looks amazing that comes from this salon. However, the wash basin and chairs are tortuous. If you have ANY back, neck or hip issues you may have to go elsewhere. I'm not kidding. They are THAT bad. I can barely get up from them on my own. Again, the stylists are fantastic but the chair brought the 5 starts down to 3. This review is long overdue. Denise continues to meet all needs and go beyond with her work & service. My sister needed someone who could cut her (fairly) curly hair. She was tired of other salons and wanted something new. I recommend Denise. My sister was very pleased with the service she got and how well her hair turned out. She got the haircut she wanted and formed a great connection with Denise. She will continue to return when she needs a haircut or hair done for school dances. Denise is my go-to for any hair needs. She is great at understanding what I envision and want. I came in with virgin hair and wanted to change the color of my hair. I was shooting for brown hair. During the consultation, she recommend shades with samples and worked with me and my indecisiveness. During the actual appointment, she gave my hair a great wash with amazing smelling products. I first met her at a prior studio and didn't even hesitate to follow her to Factory Hair. Alia has an eye for style and creates a flawless baylage. I really appreciate her recommendations. Not only does she regularly produce a great hair cut and color for me, but she is so sweet. With prior stylists, I found conversation to be awkward. Alia is so friendly that I feel comfortable chatting during my service. I can't recommend Alia highly enough! As for the location, free street parking is right out front and easy to find. She recently started working at Factory Hair full time and even though I don't live in West Seattle, I continue to come see her in West Seattle because she's worth it! I've been going to Factory Hair for about 2 years now and Adler does amazing work on my hair. Always helping me feel confident about me growing out my gray hair, never pushing me to dye it. I had a haircut with Karie, she gave me the haircut that I wanted, but she was 20 minutes late for the appointment ( my appointment was based on their preference and I didn't mind it, so it wasnt me who asked for this specific time and they had to work with it). Second she charged me 65$ I think that was too much for my thin hair and average haircut (I made sure to ask them about the pricing a day before she said it depends on the haircut and hair type from 45-65$) so she charged me the highest for a haircut that took 30 minutes Third, i left the salon as if I was leaving a gym; she made my hair wet cut it dried it and then she was like we're done, I mean no styling or straightening which takes 2 minutes for my hair literally. read more
