Trek Movers - Orange County - You can't miss them ! They were awesome ! - Movers Near Me

I hired these guys for a move last month and they did a great job for us. We had a ton of stuff to move that we had accumulated throughout the years, and unfortunately for them, our moving date turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. But the guys took it in stride and packed up the truck professionally, while taking good care of our things. I've moved enough times to know that there are different types of movers out there. Ones that do it quickly but pack the truck like your friends would, and ones that take the time to package and transport your items professionally. These guys fall into the latter category. If you are no longer a college student with furnishings from ikea, you will appreciate this like I did. Thanks for making our move as stress free as possible. read more

I've moved in CA 3 times and each time moved with the same amount of stuff for the most part. Almost every other time I moved the actual move itself took the entire day. With Trek, they finished at 3 hrs on the dot. I would recommend them. read more

The team was super effecient, respectful, good at communicating, and eager to help! Thank you so much.

I needed to move quickly, within 2 weeks, and I couldn't find any friends or family to help me on such short notice, so I called in the pros. Trek was able to schedule something within this timeframe. They were very easy to book on the phone and followed up with helpful emails with reminders and tips for a successful move. On the day of moving, they called within 30 minutes of arriving, as promised, and showed up right on time within the 1 hour morning window, and got to work. I had two guys who were friendly, speedy, and professional. They loaded everything up quickly and even pointed out some things that I may have left behind. They were courteous when unloading, asking where the furniture should go and exactly how things should be placed. I have a cracked foundation at my new place, so I asked them to move stacks of heavy boxes away from the delicate floor area, and they were quick to place everything exactly where I wanted it. After everything was unloaded, and a few electronic signatures on the tablet later, we were done! In summary: Trek was professional, prompt, courteous, and quick, Five stars. read more

Trek Movers - Orange County - Wrapping our things up to make sure they don't get damaged. - Movers Near Me

We moved from Huntington Beach to Santa Ana yesterday. We hired Trek Movers because our friends used them before. When they arrived they did a walk thru to see what was being moved and estimated 7 hours but did it in 5 hours. They wrapped all the furniture before loading it all up. The movers did a great job. Definitely recommend this moving company and ask about promos. read more

Being the veteran of many moves in my life, I can confidently recommend Trek Movers for all your moving needs. They estimated 8 - 10 hours and they crew came on time and finished up in less than estimated. All my stuff came through undamaged even my 400 pound treadmill which I was particularly worried about. The crew respected our time and our possessions and I would hire them again in an instant. read more

Very professional, efficient, careful with our belongings. Highly recommend. They were recommended by a friend.

Guys were on time, we immediately got attitude from guys when we explained everything needed to be covered (as in flooring stairs carpet doors staircase etc...) we were told that is not something they do at their company. If I would have known this up front I would have done it myself or found another moving company. David one of the guys with the company was a great help! He really knew what he was doing and worked by himself and very efficiently. 2 other guys worked together and very slow upstairs we had to keep going up to check on them. Upon booking I spoke with Alex who did tell me they would cover everything, I explained this was a model home 3 story and the owners were now moving in and I needed it to stay clean without dirty carpet flooring scratched walls dented appliances etc... never did he tell me this was something the company did NOT do. Some of the pictures I reviewed showed carpet, flooring, staircases etc covered. There was also some confusion with a upright piano being moved. I believe I did not ask about this prior to booking but it is on wheels and my husband and I have moved this with another guy before so I did not think it would be a problem since in there ads it says no extra charge for heavy items. They strongly did not want to move it, saying I needed to hire (pay) for 4 guys if I wanted to add a heavy item. After going back and forth with them and then calling Alex we decided to not have it moved. I believe on the way to the new place they called in and spoke with Alex about the piano and my shocking face when they told me it was probably going to take 8 hrs to move us. I believe there was a misunderstanding there also because we figured 4-6hrs not 8hrs since it was only a 2bdrm townhouse. With all that being said, I didn't like the attitudes we got and I didn't appreciate Alex telling me his guys told him they did cover the flooring, carpet etc.... And wear booties. Yes the covered the wood stairs and that is it none of the other flooring in the house at all! And yes 2 of the guys wore booties but they also wore them outside on the pavement and into their truck as they were loading and then back into the house, so I'm not sure that really counted or helped at all. Adding it was raining the day we moved so it was more of a issue that the carpets were not covered. Same also happened at the new place they had their booties on but they were walking inside and outside and in the truck with them on so at one point I told them I didn't even know why they were bothering and I would just clean the floors after they left. Things went much quicker at the new place and they ended up finishing up in 5hrs. There were a few things we just said we'd take care of ourselves to just get done quicker. My husband dealt with the guys once we were at the new place since I felt even more attitude from 2 of the guys since reaching out to the office regarding the flooring and carpet. I will add 2 of the guys asked to use the restrooms and although I understand this is normal I am a clean freak and was totally grossed out that they did not wash their hands afterwards. I put paper towels in the restroom with hand soap and before leaving I double checked the restroom and noticed. Ugh not okay! They touched all of our things. Unsure I would reach out to this company again for help moving unfortunately. I am not sure you can trust a company when they have employees that do not tell the truth, and then you believe them over the client when the client has nothing to gain from reaching out to the office regarding issues. read more

Last August I contacted Trek to help move an elderly family member from a 2nd story apartment to a different apartment. They were were wonderful at keeping in contact as our date to move had changed. They were clear on all costs and services to be expected as well as approximate time it might take to get the move accomplished. When the day of the move came they were on time and efficient. They packed up everything with care and moved everything with great coordination between the team members. I would absolutely recommend their services! read more

It was a fast, friendly, and quick move! The team came on time. Great to work with. We found some scruff marks on the wall when everything was over. When we looked at the Yelp images, we see images from the owner of putting liner on the floor to protect the floor and protect the front door of the house, but that didn't happen for our move, so I'm deducting 1 star. read more

We used Trek Movers for our move from Orange to Irvine. The entire experience was wonderful and so easy which goes a long way considering moving can be quite stressful and exhausting. A huge shout out to our movers Remy, Dima, and Anton! Get these guys a raise in salary! They definitely deserve it! Not only did they show up on time, they were extremely polite and professional. They took time to assess our home and items that were being transported, were very careful about our items/wrapped them in protective material, and even asked us about our Covid precaution preferences (wearing masks etc). Also I want to point out they were very respectful of our new home and made sure they didn't scuff anything by accident. Absolutely recommend these movers. Great staff, considerably reasonable pricing, and amazing service. Thank you for making our move easier and less stressful! read more

To anyone who is looking for a decent moving company, I definitely recommend Trek Movers . Let's start with the fact that many companies say one rate, then the prices are completely different. They are playing for time, they are not very careful with furniture, and so on. I move a lot , and was working with a lot of companies . But this company is the best. I've been working with them for over a year now. I am confident in the safety of my things. The guys are professional and very nice, always come on time . Definitely recommend this company!!! Special thanks to manager who provided me all information and always helpful . read more

We used this company to move my daughter's belongings from her home to a storage locker. I had everything packed up and ready to go. They took 9 hours and 15 minutes to move a three-bedroom house of furniture and the boxes I'd packed. Unbelievably slow. Supposedly we got the best team to move her. They crammed the stuff in the storage locker so tight we can't get the door open. Thank goodness it has a door at each end so we can get in the other end when her new house is ready. At the end of the night their truck wouldn't start and my husband add to give them a jump start with his vehicle. I would never use them again. read more

The Trek movers crew we had to move our apartment to storage were great. They were fast, courteous and took care of our furnitures and items very carefully. The lead person found the fastest route to load the items and were very good in storing the items in the storage space. They string wrapped everything. I especially like that they told us ever step what they were doing and what's next. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again!!! read more
