"True Facts" On 30 April 25 I contacted Baierl Toyota inquiring about a 2014 Mercedes GL550, I received a speedy response from Mr. Tyler Farley who is truly (God sent) informing me that the Vehicle is still available. "Dreams Do Come True" Mr. Tyler Farley (Sales) and Mr. Christopher Franciscus (Finance) are true professionals. The entire process was stress free, seamless, highly professional. On a customer satisfaction scale Baierl Toyota is 5 stars' plus. My overall impression about Baierl Toyota is beyond words. I come to find out weeks after my purchase they under paid by about $500 the contract agreed payoff of my trade in as a payment had cleared the day after my trade/purchase that I could not cancel due to autopay. Instead of the dealership paying off the contact signed amount and me getting a refund from Ford credit, they under paid. The dealership should have sent me a check for the difference. I sent multiple emails to multiple individuals including my salesperson and finance manager questioning this, demanding they refund me the difference and no one responded. Also, the extended warranty process was very deceptive i am now realizing. I asked directly to the finance manager more than once since I was purchasing a jeep, was the extended warranty a jeep manufacturer warranty and he answered yes each time. I trusted he was being honest, and not really reading the fine print and not being 100% knowledge about the extended warranty business, purchased it. After reviewing the paperwork recently, i noted it was a toyota finance extended warranty. I was upfront in the office signing papers if it wasn't a jeep manufacturer warranty i was purchasing it directly from jeep and not from their dealership. I feel he purposely deceived me to sell a warranty that day. I plan to cancel this warranty as he was deceptive in what he verbally told me I was purchasing. I would not recommend this dealership as their tactics are deceptive. Purchase price was fair, but the made extra money from me using these deceptive tactics.

    I picked up my truck from Carvana yesterday and my experience was generally positive, but there…read morewere a few things worth calling out. I spoke with two client service reps over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

Six months of fighting with members of Carvana and I am stressed and beyond annoyed. Avoid.
