What a terrific experience!…read more After having had a horrible experience with Rohrich Cadillac, I thought I would give Mercedes Benz a try to see if the service and product was better. I was blown away by the Mercedes product and by the customer service experience at the dealership. Lyndsie was our sales person and she is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She found the vehicle that I wanted and had it into the dealership and ready to go in under 1 week. The purchase process was easy and the employees take all the time you need to make sure you understand everything! We will be back again!

We had very high hopes for our experience with CarShop, especially because everything started off…read moreso well when we purchased our vehicle. Unfortunately, about three weeks after purchasing it, everything seemed to go downhill. We started noticing that the car wasn't running smoothly and eventually got to the point where we genuinely did not feel safe driving it. It was also failing to do basic things properly, which led us to contact CarShop and bring the vehicle back on Monday, July 13th. When we dropped it off, we were told, "You probably won't hear anything until Wednesday, July 15th." However, the following day we received a call from a woman telling us that our car needed to be sent to Chevy because there was a recall on it. This was extremely frustrating because NOT ONCE during the purchasing process were we informed that there was a recall involving the transmission. To our knowledge, the vehicle was sent to Chevy on either Tuesday the 14th or Wednesday the 15th. From that point forward, communication was extremely disappointing. We were never told which Chevy dealership our car was sent to, we received little to no updates unless we called ourselves, and we were given very little information about what was actually happening with our vehicle or when we could expect it back. About a week later, we called asking for an update and again received very little information. We also made sure to let them know that we would be leaving to go out of town on July 31st. We were told, "Oh, it shouldn't take any longer than two weeks." Throughout the following weeks, we called multiple times trying to get updates and continued reminding everyone we spoke with that we were leaving town. Then, on July 30th, we received a phone call saying that the rental car we had been given had been sold and needed to be replaced. They did come to us and exchange the rental, which we appreciated, but the overall situation was already frustrating considering we had been without the vehicle we had JUST purchased for over two weeks with very little communication. On the morning of July 31st, I called around 8 a.m. because I needed to get something out of our car before leaving town. Instead of simply telling us where our vehicle was located, someone was sent to go get the EZ pass for us. Again, while we appreciated them doing that, it was frustrating that we still weren't being told where our own vehicle was or what was happening with it. I specifically explained that we would not be home after 12 noon that day and that if the vehicle was finished after that point, it would have to sit there for over a week until we returned. After weeks of waiting and calling for updates, we received a call around 4 p.m. THAT SAME DAY saying the vehicle was finally finished. We also later found out that additional issues occurred while the vehicle was being repaired, which we were not informed about until after the fact when WE OURSELVES read the maintenance reports. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We understand that recalls and repairs happen, and some things may be outside of CarShop's control. However, communication and transparency are absolutely within their control. We should have been informed about the recall from the beginning, told where our vehicle was being sent, updated throughout the repair process, and notified about additional issues as they happened. After having such a positive experience initially, we are extremely disappointed with how everything was handled once problems arose with the vehicle.

The staff I worked with Derek (sales), George (pre-owned manager) and Jackie (finance) were all amazing. Not only was the pricing straight forward, they didn't try to add any hidden fees or extras. Jackie worked with me to get me to the payment I needed, and Derek knew everything about my car, even though they are a Ford dealership and I bought a Mazda. George was able to help me figure out that I was pre-qualified and what my payments might be, even before I went there. I wanted some cosmetic things done and none of that was an issue. I felt like I made some big asks and they just kept saying yes, we can do that. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially if you are a woman going through the car buying process and you want to feel confident that you are getting the best deal!

Only reason why I inquired was I'm from there and thought parents could take a cross country trip if they could match the price. Guy said no. I'm like your car has been there for 3 months so therefore the market doesn't support your price, and your car will most likely be there till the new year. They could have made a sale because I got one with 6k less miles for 21500. If anyone needs an Audi they need to contact McKenna Audi in LA for a real deal instead of these thieves!!

I bought my second car here a little over a year ago. My last car was shot and I needed a car asap…read moreso I didn't have the luxury of shopping around. I took a certified pre owned 2016 Chevy Cruze that ended up being a little over $18,000. Shortly after that a friend of mine got a brand new Chevy Cruze (2018) for a little over $16,000. I had some serious buyers remorse after buying my Cruze but like I said, needed a car fast, didn't have much of a choice... it is what it is. My biggest issue is their service department. With my first car I always took it elsewhere but they stressed the importance of servicing it at the dealership so I've been trying. If you just want a standard oil change/tire rotation you're going to wait 3 hours if you're a walk in. I've discovered that if you schedule an appointment you'll wait significantly less but if you call in, they will not let you schedule an appointment. "Just walk in!" the guy will tell you over and over again while repeating their hours. It's frustrating. If you go on the website you can create an appointment on there. The last time I was having issues with the website and I called in, couldn't get them to schedule anything with me. I ended up going to Walmart for my oil change. The one time I did have an appointment it only took an hour but I wasn't informed. I walked to my mother's house nearby to wait. They called but I let it go to voicemail. I've had the same phone phone number for over ten years and I get a lot of random solicitors and the number they were calling on didn't match the service center number I called so I assumed it wasn't them. I thought for sure they'd have left a voicemail if it was them. 3 hours later I finally called in, hoping my car was close to being done only to be told it had been done for a while. This is partially my fault for assuming it wasn't them but why wouldn't you leave a voicemail? I spoke to a woman earlier who, while pleasant most of the call got real defensive when I expressed my frustrations and told me "I have to defend our service department." She claimed they would never not schedule an appointment if asked for one and implied that I was lying. The sales people are all really nice. I dunno. It's very average. Not terrible but not great either. I'll definitely be asking friends and checking out other dealerships for my next vehicle.

Upon lack of communication, my husband called the service department for an update. He was told it would need to be kept another night for completion of new tires, oil change, filters etc. NONE of these services were communicated to my husband or the person within his company who approves Fleet services. Initially my husband was told that Fleet was contacted for approval of the services, however Fleet is not the payer, my husband's employer leases the vehicles through Enterprise and therefore is the payer. We wouldn't be frustrated or even making this review, but the ignorance and condescending attitude and tone of the service manager, Sam Barkley, has us in awe. We are aware of others who have had the same experience with this specific employee, but chose to continue to give this location the business as we have never, until today, had a bad experience ourselves. Better communication with the payer for the service was all that was requested before they were completed. Needless to say, having someone with poor customer services skills, such as Sam, as a service manager, may need re consideration. His reputation precedes him and now that we, and my husband's company with multiple Enterprise Fleet vehicles, has experienced it, we will no longer be seeking service at this Cochran location. I would rate zero stars for the service manager, but it's not an option. This review will be cross posted on various other sites.
