In June of 2023, I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Cochran Chevy with a 6 month, 6,000 mile powertrain warranty. About 2 weeks after I bought it, the car would intermittently make a loud sound and begin bucking when down shifting. I called Cochran and brought it in to be looked at. The mechanic kept the car for the entire weekend, and eventually replicated and experienced the bucking. He identified the problem was the transmission. We asked to have it repaired under the warranty, but the mechanic told us "because it's intermittent, good luck proving it to the warranty company". We began to argue with the sales manager that we didn't want the car anymore since they weren't going to fix it. After some back and forth, the sales manager agreed to return the car, but we had to purchase another vehicle. We bought a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe for an extra 4k on top of the Sorento's return price in July of 2023. Over the next year, we took the Santa Fe to Cochran Ford in Butler for oil changes, and it was inspected by this location in June of 2024. On July 3, 2024, the engine shot a rod and the engine was damaged. We found pieces of the rod/engine on the road and in the engine bay. After getting quotes upwards of 20k to replace the engine, we contacted Cochran to see if they would work with us on possibly trying to trade this in - being that they sold it to us 12 months ago and I only put 8k miles on it. The car, in total, has 97k miles. The salesman told us he'd check with his manager, and never called us back. We've called multiple times and left messages, and no one will call us back. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST CARS FROM COCHRAN. They do NOT stand by their warranty, they do NOT stand by their cars, and they do NOT stand by their customers. On the flip side, Diehl Automotive in Butler talked with us multiple times on the phone, and offered us trade in on the broken Santa Fe, when they owed us nothing. Please take your business to Diehl Automotive or at the very least, STAY AWAY FROM COCHRAN.

After 8 weeks of searching, Diehl Toyota in Butler, PA posted one that fit our description, we negotiated the OTD price via email, drove a couple hours to inspect & test drive it, bought it for the agreed upon price, got a good interest rate, didn't get hassled to buy add-ons, etc. and overall, it was one of our better car-buying experiences in the last 20 years. We worked with Christopher Lasuola & Dominick Hillwig. Diehl just bought out a dealership closer to us, in Wooster, Ohio, so apparently treating people right is a successful business plan.

I went in this past October to buy my wife a new Atlas, told them what I wanted and they gave me an outrages price and tried to up sell me to a 26 instead of the 25 my wife wanted. It's pretty sad when I can spend $370 for a one way flight to Baltimore and purchase the vehicle and save 10k with incentives and lower interest rate and drive it home the same day knowing that the Dealer 8 miles from my house could've had my business but wanted to screw me rawdog style. These ballbagS lost my business forever. The salesmen to the service department is a joke, the parts guy is pretty good, and nice building (But that's like putting lipstick on a pig..) everything else is a $hit show. And it's always nice when the service joke Hillary talks down to you like you're a dumb a$$. Probably takes her 2 hours to paint that face on every morning after the walk of shame, save yourself some aggravation and go to Wexford VW. Because you'll get screwed at Dehl. No deal Dehl...

AVOID AT ALL COST - Diehl Automotive Group has no regard for their customers…read more I brought my new Ram RHO (which I purchased at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson - Diehl Automotive Group) in on (6/18/25) for a tire rotation & the technicians were evidently taking turns abusing my new truck. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. At about NOON (4 hours later) I decided to check the Ram Connect app & noticed that my truck had been driven approximately 20 miles since I dropped it off. So, I immediately contacted the service tech and asked for an update. I was told that the alignment wasn't done yet. I then informed the service technician that my truck has already been driven 20 miles since I dropped it off and that someone was exceeding the speed limits (114 MPH to be exact - see photos) The service technician stated that a couple of techs had to drive it to see if it pulled to the right in order to check the alignment. This is complete BS because they actually were using the launch control feature and performance recording which records their actions. They were doing 0-60 runs at a top speed on 114 MPH and .71g acceleration (typical driving is .2g). So, I brought my new vehicle off at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson for a tire rotation & alignment check and they took it out and beat on it while i waited for 4.5 hours during which time they only completed a tire rotation. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for over 10 years with ALL of my vehicles service and have purchased a couple here as well. There was NO APOLOGY and did not even care that the technicians were out beating on my new truck for fun. I filed a complaint with FCA Stellantis North America & waiting on a resolution from them. I also filed a complaint with Diehl Automotive Group & was contacted by Matt Miller (Service Rep) who immediately attempted to inform me that the milage on the Ram Connect app is not accurate & the truck probably wasn't driven 20 miles. I then reminded him that there was a photo of the dash taken by the dealership when i dropped it off. There was also a photo taken at pickup which confirmed that, in fact, that it had been driven 20 miles. I explained to him that the Service counter (Logan Powell) told me that there were 2 different mechanics drove my vehicle in order to "check the alignment". They didn't care at all that the mechanics were out joy riding in my Ram RHO and just said that once it leaves the front, it's "out of their hands". Matt Miller then told me that he was unaware of this information and would look into it. I then received a call back from Matt Miller the next day. He started off by saying that he trusts his guys and they told him that they didn't go out & drive my Ram (except to "check the alignment"). So, instead of getting to the bottom of finding out who is out DRIVING CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES RECKLESSLY AT 114 MPH ON PUBLIC ROADS, he just backed up the employees who just said that they didn't do it. Matt Miller Even went as far to tell me that he visited the dealership & the head performance vehicle mechanic "looked him in the eye" so he believes that he was telling the truth. I then asked if he was at the dealership (which he was very hesitant to answer). I kept pushing for an answer & he told me that he was there looking into the situation at 10:30 AM on 6/19. I didn't even speak with Matt Miller until 1:49 PM that day and he only had a phone conversation at that point, so he is already CAUGHT IN A LIE. He then told me that the performance screen ALWAYS records data & that the information recorded was not from the mechanics. I informed him that I never used the performance features because I wanted to break in the vehicle properly & go through a few oil changes before testing performance. I also informed him that all of the performance results have all shown ZERO since i purchased the truck AND was all ZERO when i dropped the truck off. Matt Miller then informed me that he had messaged the engineer that designed the vehicle (this call was at 3:03 PM on Friday June 20) and that the engineer confirmed that the performance screen always records info & I was wrong. I then asked for a copy of the correspondence so that I can confirm this. Matt Miller then changed his answer & said it was a phone call. So, I asked for the name of the engineer & time of the call & was then told that I don't need to know that information. Again, this was just ANOTHER LIE by Diehl Automotive Group. At this point, I realized that this dealership absolutely does not care about their loyal customers or the dangerous actions of their employees. I sincerely hope that Corina S. Diehl does not condone this behavior at her dealerships & I sincerely hope that SHE actually cares that a LOYAL customer for over a decade (not to mention that I just spent $90k on a new truck there) is just discarded like trash after exposing wrongdoings of her employees. I intent to continue to pursue this s
