He listened to what we were looking for, respected the budget we gave him, and helped us compare options which ultimately helped us land on the perfect car for our son. We also worked with Jason on a day that Shawn was off and the continuity of service never changed. The entire process from looking to paperwork and pickup was easy and painless! He was down to earth and not pressuring at all - totally understood what we were looking for and was extremely friendly. We left and test drove a few other brands of cars and ultimately returned to Diehl when we knew we wanted the Tiguan. After some reasonable back and forth on trade in price for my existing car, Josh and another gentleman, Corey, helped us get down to a number that we were happy with paying for a monthly payment. I seriously cannot express how much fun we had in this experience. We had great conversation with these individuals while also getting exactly what we wanted in a car and trade in value. When I arrived, the vehicle was right out front. Mark was very cool, he said they are a no-pressure dealership, and he handed me the key and gave me a printout of the CarFax, and asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive. After putting on a license plate, I was able to take it for a solo test drive. Afterwards we chatted a little bit about pricing and such. Have witnessed service going beyond downhill. Claimed people called off-gee I guess I could bet the house on why??? Oh, which reminds me only one coupon at a time. Taking my business and prompt payment to a place that appreciates my business. I don't want to feel ripped off in service.
