Brock and Andy made it very easy to lease my new suv. Very kind, personable and honest about the process, it was a great experience!

My only experience has been with their manager. He is brash and rude. I will not be taking my business to this establishment.

From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable, informed, and never pressured. Garrett truly listens--he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, walked us through all of our options, and patiently answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. He broke down every detail clearly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We never once felt rushed or upsold. Garrett genuinely cared that we drove off with the right car--not just any car--and it showed. If you're shopping for a vehicle and want someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, ask for Garrett. He turned what can be a stressful experience into something we actually enjoyed. Thank you!

They added on all kinds of extra charges, and did not tell me, rushed me through the process and when finished, my car payments were much higher than what they should have been. I managed to go through all the protocol to get my money back from them, but they gave it back. If you purchase, watch those extra fees! Secondly, my 2023 Trailblazer had to be towed to the closest chevy dealership to me (or it would cost me extra to have towed more than 25 miles) - we are on the second day, not looked at yet, and they won't give me a loaner until they look at the car. I understand they can be busy, but I need to be at work and no one will help me with a loaner. Not the chevy dealership I purchased from because I had it towed to the closest dealership, and not the chevy dealership its at now. If you need service or help with your vehicle, don't expect to get it. They promise you the world and give you nothing in return. A two year old car and now the transmission may not be any good. The car isn't used excessivly, as I work from home but two days a week and only use it locally. Unbelievable.

AVOID AT ALL COST - Diehl Automotive Group has no regard for their customers…read more I brought my new Ram RHO (which I purchased at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson - Diehl Automotive Group) in on (6/18/25) for a tire rotation & the technicians were evidently taking turns abusing my new truck. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. At about NOON (4 hours later) I decided to check the Ram Connect app & noticed that my truck had been driven approximately 20 miles since I dropped it off. So, I immediately contacted the service tech and asked for an update. I was told that the alignment wasn't done yet. I then informed the service technician that my truck has already been driven 20 miles since I dropped it off and that someone was exceeding the speed limits (114 MPH to be exact - see photos) The service technician stated that a couple of techs had to drive it to see if it pulled to the right in order to check the alignment. This is complete BS because they actually were using the launch control feature and performance recording which records their actions. They were doing 0-60 runs at a top speed on 114 MPH and .71g acceleration (typical driving is .2g). So, I brought my new vehicle off at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson for a tire rotation & alignment check and they took it out and beat on it while i waited for 4.5 hours during which time they only completed a tire rotation. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for over 10 years with ALL of my vehicles service and have purchased a couple here as well. There was NO APOLOGY and did not even care that the technicians were out beating on my new truck for fun. I filed a complaint with FCA Stellantis North America & waiting on a resolution from them. I also filed a complaint with Diehl Automotive Group & was contacted by Matt Miller (Service Rep) who immediately attempted to inform me that the milage on the Ram Connect app is not accurate & the truck probably wasn't driven 20 miles. I then reminded him that there was a photo of the dash taken by the dealership when i dropped it off. There was also a photo taken at pickup which confirmed that, in fact, that it had been driven 20 miles. I explained to him that the Service counter (Logan Powell) told me that there were 2 different mechanics drove my vehicle in order to "check the alignment". They didn't care at all that the mechanics were out joy riding in my Ram RHO and just said that once it leaves the front, it's "out of their hands". Matt Miller then told me that he was unaware of this information and would look into it. I then received a call back from Matt Miller the next day. He started off by saying that he trusts his guys and they told him that they didn't go out & drive my Ram (except to "check the alignment"). So, instead of getting to the bottom of finding out who is out DRIVING CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES RECKLESSLY AT 114 MPH ON PUBLIC ROADS, he just backed up the employees who just said that they didn't do it. Matt Miller Even went as far to tell me that he visited the dealership & the head performance vehicle mechanic "looked him in the eye" so he believes that he was telling the truth. I then asked if he was at the dealership (which he was very hesitant to answer). I kept pushing for an answer & he told me that he was there looking into the situation at 10:30 AM on 6/19. I didn't even speak with Matt Miller until 1:49 PM that day and he only had a phone conversation at that point, so he is already CAUGHT IN A LIE. He then told me that the performance screen ALWAYS records data & that the information recorded was not from the mechanics. I informed him that I never used the performance features because I wanted to break in the vehicle properly & go through a few oil changes before testing performance. I also informed him that all of the performance results have all shown ZERO since i purchased the truck AND was all ZERO when i dropped the truck off. Matt Miller then informed me that he had messaged the engineer that designed the vehicle (this call was at 3:03 PM on Friday June 20) and that the engineer confirmed that the performance screen always records info & I was wrong. I then asked for a copy of the correspondence so that I can confirm this. Matt Miller then changed his answer & said it was a phone call. So, I asked for the name of the engineer & time of the call & was then told that I don't need to know that information. Again, this was just ANOTHER LIE by Diehl Automotive Group. At this point, I realized that this dealership absolutely does not care about their loyal customers or the dangerous actions of their employees. I sincerely hope that Corina S. Diehl does not condone this behavior at her dealerships & I sincerely hope that SHE actually cares that a LOYAL customer for over a decade (not to mention that I just spent $90k on a new truck there) is just discarded like trash after exposing wrongdoings of her employees. I intent to continue to pursue this s

They informed me they had ONE loaner, and I would have to wait my turn. Again, that was 4 months ago. Still have not heard from them. Tired of waiting so I traded the car and bought a Chevy. I had recently took my vehicle there for the security code came on and for something draining my battery. After several weeks they thought they had it figured out they had replaced the pcm. They had my vehicle for over 6 weeks. I went to pick the vehicle up it all most did not start so I went back inside and told them that there was more lights on in the dash then when I brought it to them. I shut the vehicle off and tried to start it again it would not. ( keep in mind I got dropped off too pick it up) so they kept it and told me the battery needed replaced. They then proceeded to ask me if I had triple A... I told them that the battery was brand new and told them I did not believe that was the issue. But they would replace it for 380.00 dollars. So they charged it and believed it was good. Then they said they believed it was my alternator they would replace it for several more hundred dollars. Again I told them the alternator was recently replaced. I told them I could not take the chance and have them replace the alternator and that not be the problem. As they had already wanted me to replace the battery and that was not the problem.. They would not do any more for me cause they said they had fixed the problem that it had came in for. The night I was dropped off to pick it up I had paid them in full. Once I had to leave it there I asked if I could get my check back till we got things figured out and the shop manager said no. I said that is a lot of money to pay for something that is not fixed he agreed. I said should I stop the check than he said that is up too you.. I did stop payment till we could get things figured out. They did not figure it out and they charged me for a stop payment.. In my opinion this is one service department that is all about the money.. Keep in mind they said they fixed what it came in for they struggled to figure it out and may have caused more problems to the vehicle and was trying to figure it out on my expense and could not.. They wanted me too have triple A to replace the battery when they thought that was the issue.. They also said that they fixed two recalls while it was there. It was never scheduled to have any recalls fixed nor was I ever notified or asked if I wanted them too.. Wonder why they fixed them??? you think money had anything to do with that?? Do you think if they kept blowing fuses Trying to figure out the problem at the beginning they could have caused a electrical surge too my vehicle and may have caused other issue????

I appreciated the staff (Jeff Hartzell & Geno Malloy) and the overall experience--until I realized within just a few hours that the A/C in my vehicle wasn't working. I called as soon as they opened the next day. That issue was never mentioned during the sale. I understand the vehicle was sold as-is, but basic functionality like air conditioning should have been disclosed. When I reached out immediately, there was no real effort to make things right--just a suggestion to bring it back in, with no commitment to covering any cost. That changed the experience for me and left us feeling deceived. Additional discoveries when I got home: 1 dead key fob, fluids low/not topped off. Coolant was nearly empty (but not the fix for the a/c) and windshield washer fluid empty. It's the little things that elevate a sales experience and worth recommending to others. I still appreciated the no-pressure approach during the sale, but I'd recommend that anyone buying used here double-check every detail and ask clearly about key systems before finalizing anything.
