When it was time to get a new car, we were thankful to find Walt at Shults. Walt took care of us at Shults just like he did at Benson. He helped custom order a vehicle. Unfortunately an injury took him out of office when the car was delivered and Kris swooped in and took over. Kris went above and beyond to accommodate us for a pickup and spent considerable time answering all of our questions. He was patient with us from start to end. When we arrived to pickup the car, it was clean and ready for us. The paperwork was also prepped and ready to sign saving us so much time. He set us up with Jordan who spent literal hours helping us set up and learn the new vehicle. Shults Wexford might now be as convenient of a location as Benson was, but we couldn't be more pleased with the experience with them overall.

When reporting the complaint to Lincoln Customer Relations they just apologized for our bad experience and refused to do anything or get involved. Ultimately, we spent $4,931 to repair the alleged problem and paid Shults Lincoln; while the car, 2018 MKZ 3.0 turbo, albeit, is in perfect condition, it is only worth $15K in a private sale transaction; the repair amounted to 33% of its total FMV value. The Shults Lincoln service manager, Dennis Kufner, was extremely rude (arrogant) through out this diagnostic and repair process.

This was one of the most positive car-buying experiences of my life. And I don't say that lightly;…read morefor the most part, I try to stay away from car dealerships (or "stealerships" as many of them are reputed) because I get aggravated. However, this was the most pain-free car buying process yet, and I say that after buying a car completely online early last year without even having to walk into a dealership. My son has been wanting his own car, for which he had saved his money, but every time he found a car online that he wanted to look at, it was some run-down shitshop in Ohio or Uniontown or somewhere 100 miles away that you know whatever car you buy would disintegrate five seconds after you drove it off the lot. Not only that, every car he wanted to buy was some ancient POS like a 1989 Dodge Daytona or a tuner like a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse - two cars with limited visibility that are not ideal first cars for a 17-year-old. When he sent me the listing of the 2011 Honda Fit that was listed by this dealership, I was both intrigued and relieved that he was interested in a car that didn't look like he was about to enter it into a drift competition. The car had been dropping in price, and as the high demand for used vehicles is now essentially no more, I figured, let's take a look at it. It turned out to be a good Fit for him (see what I did there?) Adam Langer made the entire process easy. I had done my homework on the Doc fees and such, and we were able to come to a quick agreement on an "out the door" price. Half hour later, after they cleaned the car up, and after Matt helped us with quick and efficient financial documentation signing, we were "out the door" and on our way home. My son is happy as heck with his first car, and the people at Baierl Acura made my son happy for making his first car purchase a positive experience, and his dad happy because my blood pressure was stable through the entire purchase (not that I measured it, but let's just say I had no reason for it to be elevated.) I recommend both this dealership and Adam Langer as a salesperson - stress-free, not pushy, and very honest (is that a thing? An honest car dealer? Apparently it's a thing!) While i don't know what the future holds in terms of car buying, you can bet your sweet bippy that if ever I am in the market for some new wheels, I'll stop by Baierl and talk to Adam.

Mike and Dave were the nicest guys ever and made the experience transparent and even fun. They found the model we wanted and had it driven up from South Hills and there was no pressure to take on a more expensive model. I would definitely suggest working with them as once we had the paperwork straight, we had our car within a day and its everything we wanted. I would not recommend Cochran Volkswagen North Hills to any female seeking warranty service…read more The windshield wipers on my 2024 Taos were malfunctioning and would activate while the switch was OFF, even when there was no rain. At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. It ultimately took six visits, extensive documentation, and considerable persistence before the issue was properly addressed when VW issued Service Bulletin 94-26-01, documenting a "ghost operation," which was my exact problem. What was particularly troubling was how I was treated while trying to have a legitimate warranty concern addressed. During one visit, the technician asked if I was a "girly girl" who applied makeup, brushed her hair, and sprayed products in the car. He stated that "girls do what girls do" and that products will "jack up" the steering column and cause issues. These gender based assumptions further delayed the diagnosis of a legitimate warranty claim. Instead of focusing on the mechanical problem I was reporting, the technician shifted the focus to stereotypical assumptions about my behavior as a woman and suggested that I was potentially responsible for the malfunction. This experience was further compounded when, after the fix was finally applied, I discovered a dent and scratch on the driver's side that had not been present when I dropped off the vehicle. I notified the service director, who stated they would "air" on the side of taking responsibility and did arrange repairs. I am sharing this experience because I believe customers, particularly women bringing legitimate warranty concerns to this dealership, deserve to be taken seriously, treated professionally, and have their concerns evaluated without gender-based assumptions. The problem with my car was real. Volkswagen ultimately documented the exact defect. The way I was treated while trying to get it addressed was the part I should not have had to experience.

On 3-16-2026 I purchased a demo 2025 Frontier with 4,876 miles. Nissan recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles for normal driving conditions. Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. He never responded.

Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive. What made this experience especially concerning was the strong impression that we were not treated fairly. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Buying a car is a significant decision, and every customer deserves transparency, respect, and equal treatment throughout the process. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer care. Based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this salesperson to others.
